Bio:
I am happily married, with two beautiful sons, both teenagers. They are a handful, but I wouldn't have it any other way! We just bought our first home in January, and I am so happy decorating and getting it all set up, especially my very own scraproom! I love animals, and we have 2 dogs, a cat, and several fish. I am finally back in school to finish my degree after being out for over 10 years. I have one more year to go, and I am so happy that I will finally make a dream of mine come true.
I have only been scrapbooking for a little over a year now, but I am obsessed,lol. I also do quilting, and like any needle arts, cross-stitch being my first crafty love. My mother taught me when I was very young, and it was always something special that we shared. I have always loved to take pictures, and I have kept a journal of some type my whole life, so when I discovered scrapbooking, it was a perfect fit for my two favorite hobbies. Another benefit is that I am keeping an archive of my families' lives, loves, and stories. I also love to read and play on the computer,obviously,lol.
I joined this site to learn more about scrapbooking, and to meet new creative friends. I live in a very small town, in Eastern Ky. and its a 2-3 hour drive to any type of LSS or scrappy store, so I don't get to meet many scrappers in real life :(. My friends on here more than make up for it, though, ;)! I have learned soooo much from so many talented people on this site, and I am thankful for every single one of them!
