I am a mother of two children. They are the joy of my life. I can't imagine life without them. They keep me quite busy. When tax season is over I get to be a SAHM. Oh the joy of having a 3 1/2 month long job.

I started scrapping a few years ago; my best friend convinced me to start. I still haven't "settled" into one style; which means I play around with different styles to see which one I like the best. That's what makes scrapping so much fun.

Since I love photography this craft is a perfect showcase for my pictures. I started an About Me book, which gives me a chance to put some of my favorite pictures in a "special" place.

One day I had an idea to have my children do a page for our family scrapbooks for Christmas and Thanksgiving, this started my children scrapping. It's fun to watch because they are less confined by convention and can see things in a fresh light. Sometimes I ask for their input. For them it's a great way to explore with color and express themselves. Plus sometimes we scrap together so it's a great way to spend time with them.

Currently I am working on our Disney vaca from 2006. Sure hope I finish it before I go later this year. I took nearly 1600 pictures or slightly over, guess I'll have plenty to choose from for this book. Thank goodness I have to make pages for different books, so I can add pictures in my kids books that I didn't put in our family book.  I'm also working on our Arizona book.  I've been webcaming with my best friend, it's been helping  :O)
