Bio:
Hi! I'm Roxann! I've been scrappin' since Jan 1997 and I love it! I have been married to Ike for almost 16 years and I am the full-time Mommy to our 4 beautiful children, Logan (11), Jensen (9), Griffin (5) and the Princess, Marinne (3).
I have a passion for teaching others about my hobby. After losing my mother to breast cancer in August of 1997, I realized the importance of documenting our lives through this hobby. Most importantly, I am passionate about archival-safe techniques. I'm so glad my mother was a scrapbooker (Although, she was unaware of acid-free scrapbooking, so I have the daunting job of redoing her 25 scrapbooks, making them archival-safe!) But, I am thankful to at least have the history of her life that she documented to share with my four children. I just have to rescue them from the acid-filled books/papers they are in now.
The past 6 months of my scrapping life have been *fantastic!* I worked at the Creating Keepsakes Conventions in Tulsa and Kansas City. And in Tulsa, I taught a 2-page layout mini-class at a crop to 150 woman. It was the most terrifying and fantastic thing I have ever done!! (up to that time, my biggest class had 13 people in it!)
In October, I applied to the WorldWin Papers Design Team and was chosen!! Woo Hoo! I am so humbled and excited to be a part of this exciting Design Team!!
The same week I applied for the WorldWin Design Team, I was asked to be a DesignTeam member for Scrapbook 'N Stickers , so I am proud to be a member of the SNS Entourage!! I will also be traveling this year to many scrapbook conventions, including the Creating Keepsakes Conventions and the Great American Scrapbook Convention. So, stop on by the Scrapbooks 'N Stickers booth and say hi!
