i was...intending to teach when I started college. Talk about trying to put a square peg into a round hole. I now realize no way do I have the patience for a room full of children who don’t all want to be there...
i am ...a wife to Steven, and a mom to Jon and Sarah, a pet owner (3 cats, 4 turtles), a gardener, both indoors and out and a "collector" of many things - Longaberger baskets, judaica, WalkingWare china, and, of course, scrapbook supplies. ...
i think ... about ways to make things more interesting, more streamlined & organized, more creative, less irritating - always working on improving the status quo! ...
i wonder ... if we will get where we are going ...
i wish ... I had more time in the day ...
i save ... everything but money ...
i always ... fall straight to sleep when I lay down - sometimes before I lay down ...
i can't imagine ... my life any differently than it is right now ...
i believe ... that people who don't scrapbook have the general notion that scrapbooking is an overwhelming process and it keeps them from ever taking the first step to try it ...
i promise ... to always do my best ...
i love ... snow, pretty flowers, holiday decorations, creative gizmos & gadgets, pedicures, music that suits my mood, the internet, photography, a glass of white wine, comfy clothes, my crock pot, the smell of a wood fire ...
i scrap ... because it fulfills two major goals for me: it provides for me a creative outlet with almost instant results and it allows me to leave a legacy for my family in a very personal way...
