I started designing digital scrapbook kits just last year. Although I graduated with a Bachelor’s in Psychology, I’ve always been artistic. My earliest influence was none other than Ms. Barham, my 5th grade art teacher. So, it’s really been a long time coming, to finally be doing what really makes me happy. It’s really important to me, to be able to work from home, so that someday, when we start to raise a family, I can be there for them 100%.
I’m grateful to my husband who works as a full time Graphics and Animations designer for Aries Technology and runs his own company Za-Zo Graphics. He’s taught me 50% of what I know. The rest is all self-taught. I’m learning how to use Macromedia Flash and teaching myself how to set up a Zen Cart, so that I can have a place just for moi, aside from my store at Kjoistudios. I love photo alteration and restoration, decoupage and also love to make cards, invitations, slideshows, and T-shirts for my friends and family.
Someday, I’d like to see my work published, have my digital designs printed on recycled paper & sold in your local scrapbook store, start a charity contest|race for research+prevention of miscarriage and work for Scrapbook.com. [WOW!]
