    Beautiful (24 February 2011)

the online photo doesn't do this paper any justice - it's so much more beautiful in person

Great for Project Life (24 February 2011)

I bought these for my DIY project life album for this year. I wanted to be about to put in a 5 x 7. I've used the pages a couple of times already - Once to have journaling and a 4x6 together in a slot and once for 1/2 of a 8.5 x 11 peice of paper (it was a handmade card). I'm quite pleased with the versitility.

  • Review: Custom Binding Rings - Small - Antique Silver by 7 Gypsies

    Beautiful!! (17 October 2007)

Let's just say that the picture doesn't do these rings justice! I was mostly hoping for "not shiny office supply rings", but these exceeded my expectations. The really look like old silver. Will be absolutely perfect for those masculine books. And since I'm not a fru-fru (all that ribbon) person these are great for me too. :) Instead of buying all that ribbon to cover up the rings on your mini-books, buy these....

    WOW!!! (17 October 2007)

Let's just say that the picture doesn't do these rings justice! I thought they would be a little nicer than the office supply variety, but now I'm thinking of what to do with all that ribbon I bought to tie onto the rings. (Yes, the ribbon is a little cute, but it's really there to cover up those shiny rings). These are a beautiful matte, brassy finish. They truly look "old". Will be absolutely perfect for those masculine books. And since I'm not a fru-fru (all that ribbon) person these are great for me too. :)

  • Review: American Crafts - Metallic Markers - Medium Point - 3 Pack - Gold Silver and Copper

    I don't recommend this product

Mine dried out quickly (09 October 2007)

Now, I did not purchase my set from scrapbook.com so perhaps they were "old" to begin with. However.....

They were purchased locally but I even tried 2 different stores. In the first set, one of the markers was cracked and therefore completely dried out so I returned the whole set. The second store only sold them individually, so I purchased the gold and copper. While they were fine at first, they still dried out much too quickly. I was so excited to see a metallic set of markers that included copper that I think it made the disappointment greater when the quality was not there.

  • Review: UN-DU Adhesive Remover - 4oz Bottle

Remove Old Photos from "Magnetic Albums" (25 September 2007)

I purchased this product for to use in removing my childhood photos from those old "Magnetic", really just sticky, albums. I have to confess my age that some of those photos have been stuck for nearly 40 years! Amazing, Un-Do removes them just like it advertises - effortlessly! Even with these very old, fragile photos, there is NO damage to the photo. I am in the process of rescuing my family photos and placing them in proper albums. If you want to rescue yours, don't attempt to pull them from the albums without Un-Do!! Previous attempts resulted in photos whose backs had peeled off or they were were bent quite badly after removeable. Now, I use Un-Do, allow the photo to dry and the photo looks them same as when it was stuck in the old album - Yeah!
