the United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS may not honor their guaranteed delievery dates under rare extenuating circumstances.

is lost, misdirected, or damaged in transit, you can contact the USPS or UPS

International Customs, Duties, and Taxes
You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to your destination country. International orders (shipped to countries outside of the United States) may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. These fees are levied once a shipment reaches your country and must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and canít predict what they may be. Customs fees and policies are different from country to country and can change regularly. You should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required by your country, it can cause delays beyond our delivery estimates.
It usually takes less than 1 business day from the time your
order is received by our warehouse for the order to be processed, packed,
and ready for shipping. NOTE: "Overnight", "2-Day" and "3-Day" packages are given
priority status and are packed and shipped first. If you are in a hurry, or need guaranteed delivery dates,

Tracking Your Order
When your order ships from our warehouse, you will receive email with
complete information on what was shipped and a valid tracking number.
That number can be used to track your package in transit. If you have
already placed an order and would like to track it, you can also track

To qualify for the refund, product(s) must arrive at our warehouse

not be accepted for return and will be returned to the customer at
the customer's expense. If you believe there will be a problem with

control on products shipped out of the Scrapbook.com Superstore warehouse.
Once in a great while a customer will inform us that they open a product
packaged by the manufacturer and the product is defective. In the
event you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately,
and we will give you the directions on how to contact the manufacturer
for a replacement product or in some cases, we will ship you a replacement.
If the return is due to our error, we will, of course, pay your
return shipping costs.

Backorders / Out of Stock Items
It is not the standard policy of Scrapbook.com to accept backorders
for items. If, due to unforeseen events, an item that is ordered is
found to be out of stock when the order is being pulled for shipment,
the amount of the item ordered will be refunded back to the credit card
