Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of your package, and the shipping method you select.

If you would like to know how much your order will cost to ship, simply use the "quick shipping calculator" in your shopping cart. Just enter your zip code, state and country. Then select your preferred shipping method, and click the "Apply" button. Your shipping charges will be calculated before you enter any billing information.

Transit times are as follows:
  • Standard Shipping - LEAST EXPENSIVE. Contiguous U.S. Only. 3-5 business days.
  • 3-Day Shipping - Contiguous U.S. Only. UPS 3-day Select. Guaranteed 3 business days.
  • 2-Day Shipping - Contiguous U.S. Only. UPS 2-Day Air. Guaranteed 2 business days.
  • Next-Day Shipping - Contiguous U.S. Only. UPS Next-Day Air. Guaranteed 1 business day.
  • Postal Shipping - AK, HI, P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO and U.S. Territories. 3-25 business days.
  • International - For all Canada, UK, Australia, etc. orders. USPS 5-25 business days
  • Downloadable - Instant access. For downloadable/digital products.
  • Local Pickup (Mesa, AZ) - Arizona customers can chose to pick up their orders at our offices located at 6024 E. Main St. Mesa, AZ 85205. More details here.


    NOTE: Overnight, 2-Day and 3-Day packages are given priority status and are packed and shipped first. If you are in a hurry, please select one of these methods. Any orders that are Overnight, 2-Day or 3-Day will ship on the same business day if they are ordered before 12:00 noon MST. They will ship the next business day if they are placed after 12:00 noon MST.

    Due to security alerts, weather, and other unforeseen circumstances, the United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS may not honor their guaranteed delievery dates under rare extenuating circumstances.

    For your protection, we track and insure orders. In the unlikely event that an order is lost, misdirected, or damaged in transit, you can contact the USPS or UPS directly. You should also notify us immediately if you receive products damaged in shipping, and take a picture of the damaged delivery if possible. We will make sure you are taken care of.

    *** PLEASE NOTE: Because the United States Postal Service does not offer tracking or delivery confirmation services for international deliveries, we cannot not be responsible for lost or delayed packages. It may not not be possible for you utilize the tracking features on Scrapbook.com. Please contact us here if you are an international customer and your package has not arrived within 45 days.

    International Customs, Duties, and Taxes

    You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to your destination country. International orders (shipped to countries outside of the United States) may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. These fees are levied once a shipment reaches your country and must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and canít predict what they may be. Customs fees and policies are different from country to country and can change regularly. You should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required by your country, it can cause delays beyond our delivery estimates.

    Processing Times

    It usually takes less than 1 business day from the time your order is received by our warehouse for the order to be processed, packed, and ready for shipping. NOTE: "Overnight", "2-Day" and "3-Day" packages are given priority status and are packed and shipped first. If you are in a hurry, or need guaranteed delivery dates, please select one of our expedited methods. These orders will get shipped out on the same day if they are ordered before 12:00 noon MST and will ship the next business day guaranteed if they are placed after 12:00 noon MST.

    Please note that if your billing address is different from your shipping address, there may be shipping delays if we determine that we need additional information from you to ensure that the order is not fraudulent.

    Tracking Your Order

    When your order ships from our warehouse, you will receive email with complete information on what was shipped and a valid tracking number. That number can be used to track your package in transit. If you have already placed an order and would like to track it, you can also track your order directly from our website.     Return Policy

    We have a 60-days, no questions asked, 100% Money-Back Guarantee! If you are unhappy with any product you receive, you may return it, undamaged and unopened, within 60 days of the date we shipped it and we will cheerfully refund your purchase price. We encourage our customers to inspect the contents of their package(s) as soon as their order is delivered to ensure that you have plenty of time to take advantage of our 60-day refund policy.

    To qualify for the refund, product(s) must arrive at our warehouse within 60 days of the original shipment and in the same condition we shipped it - unopened, unused, and undamaged. Please repack the products carefully for the return trip to avoid damage in transit. Products that have been opened, used, or damaged in transit will not be accepted for return and will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. If you believe there will be a problem with the product reaching us within the 60-day period, contact our customer service department to make special arrangements. We're here to help and to work with you to find a solution.

    For our customers' protection, we maintain a very high level of quality control on products shipped out of the Scrapbook.com Superstore warehouse. Once in a great while a customer will inform us that they open a product packaged by the manufacturer and the product is defective. In the event you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately, and we will give you the directions on how to contact the manufacturer for a replacement product or in some cases, we will ship you a replacement.

    If the return is due to our error, we will, of course, pay your return shipping costs.

    Backorders / Out of Stock Items

    It is not the standard policy of Scrapbook.com to accept backorders for items. If, due to unforeseen events, an item that is ordered is found to be out of stock when the order is being pulled for shipment, the amount of the item ordered will be refunded back to the credit card used to purchase the order.
