Hole-in-One Birthday

He always asks for a gimme;
I think he likes to win
and when his ball goes OB,
he throws it right back in!

I wish he would line up
so he wouldn't hit that slice.
Then I wouldn't have to holler "Fore"
on each hole once or twice.

Here's a toast to my friend, the golfer,
who's always ready to play.
I wish you many more greens
and a hole-in-one birthday!
