Mom Mom
Submitted by: shelly17

Mom Mom, grandma, nana,ooma
Names for a woman who made her grandchildren smile.
With a candy bowl and a penny jar
her house was funtime
with a never ending supply of hugs and kisses.
She hung up masterpieces that weren't always between the lines
and read the same story over and over again.
Home made cookies were always in the cookie jar
and usually a surprise was hidden to be found
but the best was by far the memories made
on those visits to her house.
I hope that one day I can be such a good grandma
as she was to me and her other grandchildren.
She was my Mom Mom and I want that name one day.
I will wear it with pride and love.
I will be Mom Mom, just minus the gray hair!
