NANA'S FUNERAL

Submitted By: KSac1980

WHEN WE WERE AT YOUR FUNERAL
THERE WAS NOT A DRY EYE THERE
THAT GOES TO SHOW MY PRECIOUS NANA
HOW MUCH WE TRULY CARE

WE REALLY DID LOVE HER
AND THAT WE STILL DO
WE REALLY DO MISS HER
NANA WE LOVE YOU

WE’RE GLAD YOU’RE WITH POP-POP
AND THAT YOU’RE NOT IN PAIN
WE WANT YOU WITH US
SO OUR HEARTS WON’T COMPLAIN

WE KNOW WE CAN’T HAVE THAT
ALL WE CAN DO IS PRAY
WITH ALL THE GRACE OF GOD
WITH US WE WANTED YOU TO STAY

LYNN WANTED TO MEET YOU
WE WANT YOU ON EARTH TODAY
BUT SINCE YOU CAN’T BE HERE WITH US
WE HAVE TO TALK TO YOU BY PRAY

EVERY TIME WE PRAY TO YOU
OUR EYES GET FULL OF TEARS
AND THROUGHOUT YOUR LIFE ON EARTH
WE’LL REMEMBER YOU THROUGH ALL OUR YEARS

WE WILL LOVE YOU UP IN HEAVEN
WE LOVED YOU HERE ON EARTH
SOMEDAY THE FAMILY WILL ALL BE TOGETHER
AND WE WANT YOU TO KNOW HOW MUCH YOU’RE WORTH

YOU ARE AN UNFORGETABLE PERSON
THAT IS ALL I GOT TO SAY
EVERY DAY AND EVERY NIGHT
TO YOU WE ALL DO PRAY

YOU ARE WORTH 100 MILLION DOLLARS
YOU ARE LIKE A CHUNK OF GOLD
LYNN AND EVERYONE TALKS ABOUT YOU
TO YOU OUR HEARTS ARE SOLD
