"Boundless Love"

Amazing it is love be so borderless
Knows no men of God, that they too
fall into it like babies upon the ground
Feeling and feeding the rich, the poor
Without favour, so freely given
This love, unchanging,
known to the prophets, to the saints
Boundless love...of my ancestors
That so it be my mother's
Down to me with the old similar
Sensation, caressing me deep down
into my innermost points
A ground for it to grow
That when it finally comes to pass
that I obtain flesh of my flesh
Love shall instinctively grow
And blossom in its usual brilliance
