Daddy whispered in my ear last night, and softly said to me...
I can't send your Mother flowers this year, you'll have to do it for me.
Tell her Heaven's filled with them- galore, I can't wait for her to see...
Remind her how much I still love her, and that will forever be...
Give her a hug and a mushy kiss, she'll know that it's from me.
Tell her it's ok to miss me, but I'm so happy here you see...
No pain or sadness anywhere up here, and I look just as I did, in 1943!
Wish her Happy Valentine's Day, My "Mutzie" she'll always be.
