"Liar"

Why are you with me when all I do is cry
You say every word out of my mouth is just another lie
I've poured my heart out to you
But you say that's just another lie too
I have a bad past that won't go away
I carry it with me each and every day
When you say I'm lying it breaks my heart
It resurfaces a memory that tears me apart
You deserve so much better than me
I know one day you'll wake up and see
As long as your with me you'll be stuck in a hole
Because I'm nothing more than a troubled soul
I live a life of anger and shame
And I'm the only one to blame
If calling me a liar puts a smile on your face
Then remember it's that moment I just want to feel your embrace
