A great white pen! I have tried many others--Sakura, Signo, etc. And this is the only one that I can get to work for me. Since it is a marker, it always works for me and you don't have to worry about the gel from other pens which doesn't work for me at all. The only thing is that it goes on clear right away, but as it dries it appears and I absolutely love it.

When I first started using this on a black piece of card stock, it didn't flow well, but after a couple of words on scratch paper, it started to flow and covered well. It looks like chalk which is the look I was going for. I recommend it.
i love this pen. i have been using them since 2003. i use it for everything from doodling, tracing, and outlining. it is really useful for the ghost look. you can write with it once and it wont be so dark then you trace over it again and its a little brighter! i use it allot of times to make doodles on plain jane paper. it makes the layouts pop and brings attention to areas that might not get that much if it wasnt on there. i always buy these and i run out so fast because most of my layouts have it on there somewhere from dots to lines on colored paper! i also found it kinda 3-D when i retrace over it a couple times! i love using it on flowers. its a great pen and its been around for sometime!

I have this marker. I love that it's opaque. Medium point is exactly that, you CAN'T do any finetip work with it unless it's like DOTS! lol.
This was my only option at the time of purchase and the price was right! It's lasted me quite a while, it's old faithful...but I'm on the hunt for the uniball signo!
Hope this helps!

I really thought the ink would show up more "pure" than this. It works on dark colored paper (dark green, dark purple, etc.) but I couldn't get it to show up on bold yellow paper. Also, if you want to write on your photos, this is not the pen for you.
I ordered this Pen From sb.com and couldn't wait to get it! When i finally did get it i tried to use it But it was dried up! Well i thought maybe it was just that pen so i found one at a local craft store, i bought it got it home and played with it and i love it, at first! I went back last night to use it on my page i was working on and it had dried up too! I was very disappointed that i had two of the same pen and the same thing happend both times! If there is a secret to keep them from drying up i'd be much happier, becasue i was happy with how it worked when i first used it! But if your looking for somthing more reliable i would not reccomend this product!

Very unhappy with the results. I just recieved the pen today and by the end of the day it became my five year olds new marker. She was very excited but I was not! The ink is so light that you can barely tell you have made a mark. And it most definatley dose not write on darker papers. If you are looking for a pen that you can write with try the Signo. I ordered this pen cause it was a bitt cheaper than the Signo. Well it all gose in the saying. Cheaper is not always better.
I had been looking for a pen that wrote on dark paper for a long time. I had tried a few others, and came across this one. It is one of the best that I have used. I like that it comes in different thicknesses, because I write really little and sometimes the thicker pens don't work for me. I have been using these ever since. Great product from a great company!
If you are looking for a truly white opaque ink pen, don't get this one. You'll end up with a cloudy look to it, not what I was looking for at all. If you want a truly white ink to write on dark paper, try the Signo Uniball in White.
I wanted this pen forever and when I finally got it, I was so excited. That initial excitement was followed by extreme let-down and disappointment. I tried the pen on black paper and could BARELY see anything I had written. The ink was so light. I tried tracing over my writing with the same result. And I must say, if it's a good pen there won't be any need to re-trace what you've written. I thought I'd just gotten a "bad" pen so I bought another one. Same results = more frustration. Plus, the ink inside the pen seemed to dry up within a short amount of time. I ended up throwing both of my white Galaxy markers in the trash. I would definitely NOT recommend this pen to anyone. If you want a bright, smooth white pen, try the Signo Uniball. I have 2 of them and LOVE them!
Bought this pen and was really excited about it, I had big plans for the pen! Well it worked fine the first time, I really would have been happier if it was brighter (I was writing on black.) When I went to use the pen the second time it barely came out, it was like it dried up over night. I put the cap on tight and turned it upside down thinking I would let the ink run to the top....nothing. All in all I was very disappointed in the pen and wouldn't recommend it.
I was in search of a white pen to work on black paper. This is not it. It has a thick, marker like tip, that truely is not good for writing unless it is a huge title. It is not good for journaling. The color is very opaque, if that is even a good definition. Maybe to draw a ghost this pen is okay, but for anything else, try the Sharpie or the Uniball Signo.
I was so disappointed with this pen. It is good for writing on glossy pics, I guess. But really, it isn't white enough, or thin enough, or opaque enough for anything really creative. It soaks into card stock leaving a milky line of blah. You are better off with the signo.
There are other white pens that are much better than this one. The biggest problem I found is it writes clear and turns white when it dries. So when I was writing with it, I couldn't see what I was writing. The white ink does show up on dark paper, but is somewhat opaque.
I was so excited that this marker showed up so well when I tested it on a dark brown piece of paper, but soon found disappointment and frustration when it died on my 3rd letter - only seconds out of the packaging!
I just bought this one marker because I needed it anwas the only one my LSS had at the time. I did not liked it at all. It does not give you a crisp white, is more opaque. I took it back for a refund. Not worth it.
