I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN A SCRAPBOOKING/CREATIVE TYPE PERSON. BUT RECENTLY I HAVE GOTTEN INTO CARD MAKING AND STAMPING AND HAVE PURCHASED MANY ITEMS INCLUDING MANY STAMP PADS THAT I NEEDED SOMETHING TO DO WITH. WHEN WORKING IT IS HARD TO HAVE EVERYTHING LAYING AROUND THE TABLE. SO I PURCHASED THIS ITEM TO TRY TO ORGANIZE MYSELF. I HAVE TO BE HONEST, I ORIGINALLY THOUGHT THAT IT WAS SO CHEAP THAT IT WOULD BE FLIMSY. I COULD NOT BE MORE WRONG. IT IS REALLY WELL MADE AND IS NOT WOBBLY. MY BIGGEST FEAR WAS THAT I WOULD GO TO REACH FOR SOMETHING AND IT WOULD KNOCK IT OVER. THAT IS NOT THE CASE AT ALL. SO I AM VERY HAPPY WITH MY PRODUCT.IN FACT, I HAVE RECENTLY PURCHASED SOME DYE INK AND AM THINKING ABOUT PURCHASING ANOTHER ONE FOR DYE INK, AND LEAVE MY OTHER ONE FOR PIGMENT INK. I USE THIS FOR ORGANIZATION ONLY NOT FOR STORAGE OF THE ITEMS WHEN I PUT THE INK AWAY (UNFORTUNATELY I DON'T HAVE A CRAFT ROOM), SO I HAVE TO STORE THINGS AWAY. A VERY DECENT ITEM FOR THE PRICE. I HAVE SEEN THINGS MADE WAY CHEAPER FOR WAY MORE MONEY...I AM VERY HAPPY WITH MY BUY.
I had been pulling my hair out over all of the ink pads I have accumulated for my multimedia. I happened to be browsing and saw this. I bought one along with the inserts as many of my inks are Tim Holtz.
It was love as soon as I put those inserts in (which went in easily for me with a little help from a jewelry sized flat head screwdriver). I have it hanging on the wall above my work table. Not only is it great for keeping all of the pads organized and ready to use, being able to hang it on the wall freed up space on my table!
I just ordered another one last night without the inserts for my other ink pads and I cannot wait until it is delivered later in the week! I can see myself ordering at least 1 more possibly 2 with inserts.
As to it being an unsightly black all I can say is, "Are we crafters or not?!" You don't like the facade of the organizer then cover it up with scrap book paper. I used DCWV's Royal Garden. I love the Peacock feathers running around the sides and fronts.
I have been looking for ages for a way to store my SU ink pads. I don't like the carousel type storage as they take up too much room. There are some very nice looking wood ones out there but I didn't want to spend a fortune - I'd rather spend my money on scrapbook/card supplies. ;-)
This case is perfect and what made it even more so is that I could mount another case on the side to store up to 24 markers. I ordered one of those as well and am happy I did.
The case arrived today and I couldn't be more pleased. It has the option of hanging it on the wall, but it takes up so little room that I can keep it on my desk. I dressed it up a little bit with a strip of washi tape across the top and bottom. Great product.
Since my ink collection has grown, I've been needing a better way to store my ink pads rather than keeping them in a plastic shoe box way on top of my shelf. I was VERY impressed with this organizer. It's made of very sturdy, durable plastic and houses my Stampin' Up inks perfectly. I have no qualms about this organizer breaking anytime soon. The top tray is great for storing small bottles of glitter, Stickles, alcohol inks, or just extra ink refill bottles. And it's only about 3 or 4 inches deep so it doesn't take up too much desktop space at all. I'm very pleased with this item and will probably buy a couple more.

These towers are amazing. I bought 2 of them and am going to order a third one. They are very sturdy and stack nicely on countertop and can also be hung. I filled mine up with Stampin Up ink pads and they fit like a glove. Like them alot more than the carousel tower. They also fit Tim Holtz pads with the inserts. There is a place on the top for ink refills , stickles etc. I put all my clear blocks on top of one which works great.

This is a really good case for storing your ink pads. I love the fact that you can hang it, which is what I did. I got it when it was on sale, but even the regular price at this site is lower than other sites. I think it's made of a good quality plastic as well. The one problem I've found is that the ink pads do slip back when you're trying to get one out. Other than that, I enjoy it and highly recommend it.
This is the best way to store your stamp pads. I bought
these originally for my Distress ink pads along with the
inserts and they work perfectly. Reading the reviews, I
saw that they are great for SU pads also, so I am
ordering 2 more.
They are wonderful if you don't have a lot of work space.
They sit side by side against the wall, leaving plenty of
crafting space in front.
I wanted a case for my SU ink pads, but didn't have enough to justify paying the high cost for their ink pad holder. After some more research, I found the PortaInk case and couldn't be happier. I also purchased the inserts for smaller pads which holds my Tim Holtz Distress pads as well as my StazOn pads. I will definately be buying more cases as my collection grows. Love it!
I've only had them on the wall a week, but so far so good. I hbought 4 of them for Stampin Up pads, and versamark, encore, etc... They seem well constructed, and I like the fact that I can easily take it off the wall if I need to take it with me. The top holds my reinkers, and stickles. I do not care for the color, but for functionality it's perfect.
Just found this item on the web as I don't see it in any Hawaii stores. I put all my collection of distress ink pads and made labels with a sample color swatch in front so I can see the color at a glance. It does not take too much space but you can also hang it on the wall if you don't want it at your table and it will still be in easy reach.
Very sturdy plastic. Takes up very little space. Easy to clean. It fits stamping Up ink pads perfect. Others either have some space at the sides (which is no trouble) or empty space at the back. For them (like Tim Holtz) I put a chuck of foam at the back to fill the space. It works great. You can buy the spacers but I had the free foam.
I was tired of storing my distress inks in a drawer and have to look all of them before finding an specific color, so I decided to give a try to "Best Craft Organizer - PortaInk Standard Case"
I have to admit that this is NOT the best system for distress inks, though is perfect for ink pads from SU. I highly recommended.

Since Distress Ink Pads don't fit in the Napa Valley cassette holder I bought on eBay, I needed an additional organizer, and this one is perfect. The slots are the perfect size for Distress Ink Pads, yet the organizer itself is compact and doesn't take up much space - overall, an excellent product!
This is a great product! Holds all my Stampin Up Stamp Pads perfectly. I don't have room on my craft desk for a spinning holder, and this was the exactly what I was looking for. Not that it matters, since I wasn't going to hang on a wall, but it does not come with any screws for attaching to wall.
i like that it holds my stampin up ink pads, but by using the inserts it will hold all of the other pads. This is my third on, i have them on a large piece of chip board the is on a kitchen turntable. I used double sided tape to hold them together and i have room for one more.
I just got this today and I already love it! It fits my Stampin Up inks perfectly and now I have all the ink I need at my fingertips instead of on a shelf in a box. It doesn't take up a lot of space on my worktable either. Plus I can store all my ink refills and stickles on top.
Now, this is a terrific thing to have. It is neat and compact giving me more workspace. I also have the swivel travel case. These are something every crafter needs to purchase.
I think it would be nice if they could hook together from the top. Greaaaat product!
I have the standard case and two revolving stand cases full of ink pads. they are invaluable. looking for inks is so quick and reasy and the inserts for the smaller pads such as distress inks are great. i would recommend all these products.
LOVE the two PortaInk cases I bought. They are perfect for holding my Stampin' Up pads. I also ordered the inserts and can now store my Distress Ink Pads perfectly as well. I'm sure I'll be back for another unit in the near future..
I love my Portaink case, I wish I would have know about it sooner, It sits on my craft table making it very easy to get to my ink pads, I like it so well I am going to order another. Thank You for a great product.
This is the best ink storage I've found! I mounted mine on the wall (3 of them, side by side) and they work beautifully! If I end up needing more ink storage, I'll be adding another to the line up! These are GREAT!
Very nice case for holding your standard size ink pads. Compact size, doesn't take up a lot of room. Very sturdy. I store my smooch and some stickles on the top. For me, it was worth the money.
This storage case for stamp pads is awesome. I have all my stamp pads at eye view, easy to reach, all i need now is another one. Tim Holtz stamp pads work great, and the unit is sturdy.
Very pleased with this product. I bought 2 cases and may need 1 more. It is very sturdy, stable when sitting on the desk and does not have to be "put together".
I have been looking for months for some way to organize my ink pad collection easily. I had just about given up & resigned myself to having to build something, when I found this. Interestingly, it's similar to the one I thought to make myself! And it works pretty much like it should. My only "problem" is that my (somewhat) larger ink pads from Hobby Lobby (who I think manufactures them) don't quite fit as intended. But I was able to solve that dilemma by putting them in with the end, rather than the long side, facing out; they fit just fine that way. I would recommend some sort of labeling system to put on the sides of your pads, so you don't have to pull every one out to find the one you're looking for! Overall, I would highly recommend this case.
The video on this product states that it will work right out of the box, nothing else necessary. However, unless you have those large Stampin Up ink pads, you need to buy the inserts for almost $10.00 more for distress ink pads, and even Versamark pads in my case. Fortunately, I knew that before my purchase. The case works as expected, but I wish it was available in white. It's large for a desktop, and is relatively high, especially when supplies are added to the top section.
I'm glad I bought it because it's a lot easier to access and use my ink pads now.
I''ve purchased the revolving portable ink stand from Scrapbook.com, but needed more storage for different inks. This one fit the bill. It fits right on my desk in a small space, accommodates all my reinkers, and is now full of my favorite ink pads. At last...it's all at my fingertips!
I am into Stampin Up and my ink pads fit real nice in these . I really love them. I can hang them on the wall if I chose to. Really nice and at a great price. Thank you Julie
While this is more affordable than the Craftlocker ink holder I already own, this is nothing more than unattractive plastic that should cost about half of what it does. It does the job however and if that's all you're looking for then this will work just fine for you.
Unless you use just one type of ink, this product isn't great. Some inks are too wide for the slots, others are very difficult to get out of the slots. Thinking of adhering something inside the slots to keep the inks from being pushed too deep inside. I am keeping it - I bought two. The idea is great, but not really well thought out.

I have enough Colorbox inks to fill this Portaink container............too bad!
The slots do not accommodate those ink pads. I am so very, very, very disappointed. I mainly use StazOn and Colorbox ink pads. There should be a statement on this products telling the buyer exactly which ink pads will fit in the slots. Now I have to mess with returning it!
