These daubers were just introduced to me as an addition to distressing ink pads. I was applying my 2 X 2 ink pads directly to the paper and couldn't get the control I wanted using that technique. Then a friend told me about these litte life savers!!! Slip them on your finger tip, dab them in your ink pad, and discress the edges of your work with excellent control and results!!! A must have for any scrapper who distresses!!! Enjoy...
I am new to daubers - thanks to a fellow stamper in our Card Ministry group at Church. I really like using these and bought the case for them too. I put a scrap of paper under each dauber naming the ink I use them with and that way I can keep reusing them. I vary the effect of the sponge by using the sides too rather than just straight down. That makes for a softer edge rather than a circle.
I love these sponge daubers. I use alot of chalking in my scrapbooking and these little finger daubers are so easy to use. I also love the little case that houses the daubers. I have 3 now, one for chalks, one for inks and one for the unused ones. It keeps my daubers from getting messed up by touching each other.
These are really nice. I love how easy to use with either inks or chalks. I have big fingers, so these fit snuggly and I have never dropped one yet to get ink or chalk on my design or clothing. It's nice that so many come in one order, I can have a dauber for each color that I need without mixing things up.
I love these little daubers. They give me the perfect control of color application and are very convient to use and store. No need to use a sponge or something else, because you just store the daubers in the box and use them next time you need that color. LOVE them a lot and have already order my second set.
I love these sponge daubers! They are terrific for inking any size area...large or small! If you purchase the case for them, you will be happy you did because it allows you to be so much more organized! Plus, the case allows for easy to go to crop nights...always a plus!
I was using makeup sponges before I ordered these daubers.
What a difference! I LOVE them. My ink pads were becoming frayed when inking the edge of papers. These give you better control in placing the ink, chalk etc. A MUST HAVE, and I will be ordering more soon.
Another necessity for any stamper! I use these regularly for adding ink to the edges of die cuts, tags, cards, layouts & photos. Great to use with Distress Inks. Can be washed in between uses but at this price, I just made sure I had one for every colour!
Just the right size daubers to fit into my Sponge Dauber Box container. Easy to hold and use. I have labeled each one with the colour used. So for every ink pad I use I now have a corresponding dauber to match. Keeps colours separate. Thank you.
These cute daubers fit on your fingers. I use one for each color of ink or chalk that I have. They are great for adding color over embossed images or inside templates. They are also good for distressing. Happy Scrappin'
I will be using these all the time now in lieu of the blending tool with the peel off foam applicators. I have the storage box, too, and everything is labelled and ready to go. Space-saving and affordable!
Used in this card: Welcome little one!
I love the daubers to add some color to paper craft projects. I also love the container you carry to store them. I will be labeling each dauber with the CTMH ink name so I have one for each color.
I love, love, LOVE my sponge daubers! So much easier than using make up sponges and they lay on a much nicer layer of ink than any other method I've used! They last alot longer than sponges too!
What can I say about sponges, they are useful and I use them a lot for daubing page edges, they fit easy and can be washed, they last a long time so I expect to get many months out of my 12 pack.
I love having them as they are easy to use and because of the cost I can have one for each color of my inks or chalks which is great. Putting them into the dauber case also saves time and money.
I love these fingertip sponge daubers for blending. They last a long time and do a great job! The 12 pack is the way to go. It's much less expensive than buying them in smaller packages.
I love these little things. It's better than using that blender stamp thingy.. N it saves a lot of space. I will definitely order more because I have lots and lots of ink stamps.
These are great little daubers for colouring. I like the multi pack of 12... less expensive. Place a label on the side of the dauber so you don't forget the colour you used.
I love these for ink distressing the edges of my pages. I have arthritis and the daubers don't fit on the end of my index fingers, but they are also very easy to hold onto.
I've paired these with the sponge dauber storage box and love the combination. No mess and no need to switch pads on a blending tool.
Used in this layout: August (Finally)
Love these things for stamping & scrapbooking projects. This is what I call a bonus buy, because you save $! Excellent quality too.
Love these little daubers, I find them so much better, and easier to use for the smaller things , than the bigger blending tools
I have used everything from makeup sponges to replaceable sponge and felt ink applicators, but my favorite method for inking has been these daubers. They work best for broader areas and not for fine detail, but for edging and covering tags, cards, embellishments, etc, they work great. It has been great to have one for each of my ink colors. I plan to get more as my Distress ink collection grows.
These daubers are perfect & they are equal to Stampin Up's daubers that I love so much. I ordered these to try because I needed some quickly & did not want to place an order with SU at the time & now I think I can replace theirs with these...I'm very happy with this product.
I love the way the chalks look more like the original color of the chalk unlike using cotton with cotton the color looks lighter plus i can put it on the tip of my fingure. its like an extention of my finger. love it i just wish they would last a lifetime but what does.
When I ordered the case for these for something else a dauber was enclosed. After using it once I was hooked and realized how useful they were. The price is so reasonable I'll order more in a few weeks. I'll use them for inking the edges of my photos as well as my lo.
I really like these to ick the edges of cards and other pieces of my work. I make each one with a sticker with the color I used it for so I can use them over and over again. Very handy. I also love the box that holds these.
I had been refusing to buy any of these. I think they're kinda pricey for just a little plastic tube with foam on the end, but after tiring of wrestling with my stamps, trying to get multiple colors on them, I bought one bag of them. I hate it- I hate that I spent over a dollar a piece for these little things, but honestly, I just ordered another bag. So... what's that say?
I was so excited to get my 10 little daubers in their wonderful little clear lidded box, at least that is what I thought I saw in the picture on the website. Now I find they came with no box, what an unpleasant experience.
I bought these to use with my chalks. I have several so that I can use one for each color. I don't chalk often but these are great for the times when I do. They hold the color and the chalk adheres to the paper so much nicer than using a q-tip or other type of applicator. They're also really nice for blending colors. The unique shape lets you stick it on the end of your finger and chalk away.
These are just perfect for stenciling or for adding color to a small, controlled area. I've used with dye, pigment and chalk inks as well as with ink from water based markers with perfect results. Sized to fit comfortably on an adult female finger. When I compared to the Tsukineko daubers I own I found no difference at all! Priced right too!
