Invaluab;e tool for adhering tiny embbelishments

I found this glue pen in my local scrapbook store and it immediately caught my attention. Ever since I started using Quickutz Revolution for die cutting alphas I was trying to figure out what would be the best way to attach the sometimes really tiny letters to my pages. Regular glue pens are too wide and tent to drawn the embellies in the enormous amount they dispense (which is great if working with larger shapes or embellies but here I am talking tiny die cuts), double-sided tape is too large and it’s so time consuming to cut it, tape runners work nicely but are rather expensive and most of the adhesive is wasted .This pen is the answer. The point head is precious in applying glue exactly and only where needed and it dispenses the perfect amount of glue for the tiny embellies. The glue comes our blue but dries clear. I noticed the best bond is created if you apply the glue and let sit on the embbelie for several seconds, and then adhere to the page.

Universal Adhesvie

I used this pen for a small frame project I had. Its great for writing out what you want to adhere. In my case, I used it to for embossing clear power over the Sakura stardust ink I had on my frame. Worked perfectly for preserving the ink and creating that wonderful little ridge with the embossing powder. It can go anywhere, and of course dries clear, so it can be your overall adhesive, but it works mainly for small areas and projects. I used a LOT of it on my frame, and ended up having to buy another, but it was perfect for what I did with it at the time.

The Sakura Quickie Glue Pen is nothing less than fantastic. It is easy to use, mess-free, and it would be nearly impossible to make mistakes with it.
The glue pen is comfortable to hold, easy to grip and writes just like your favorite gel pens. The glue is tinted at first (so you know where it's been applied) but dries clear.
Though I haven't used it to adhere an embellishment to my layout, I did have tons of fun doodling with it, then shaking glitter onto the glue. It works great!

Quickie Glue Pen

I saw this used at a crop to add glitter to plain papers and was so impressed with the results I jumped up from the crop table and bought two. The glue comes out very even and stays damp a resonable amount of time. Rolls on with a blue tint so you can easily see where you are working, dries clear. I have used the pen on a lot of projects and have used under half of one glue pen.
This pen allowed me to get the most even coverage I have ever gotten with glitter. Works well with flocking too.

I made an emergency stop to my LSS when my glue pen ran out. She had two brands in stock - a Zig squeeze pen and this Quickie Glue pen. I told her I don't like the Zig and that I used to love Sailor pens but can't find them anymore. She suggested I try this one. I love it!! The glue comes out in a nice thin line and evenly. There's no squeezing or pumping to get the glue to flow. I use it like a regular ink pen. I will definitely buy another when this one runs out.

Great for Quilling!

While this wonderful glue pen has many uses, I've found it most helpful in terms of quilling. While the traditional method is to use a pin with glue, or a glue dispenser with a very thin stream, this is even easier and allows the most control over where you set the glue. It is also very forgiving. You do need to hold it for a couple of seconds to allow the glue to set, but the ease of use is very well worth it!

I love the Sakura Quickie Glue Pen. I find adhering small embellishments or Letters that I've cut out with the Cricut can be very difficult. But with the quickie glue pen, it is a snap. My 6 yr old likes to use it too. Using the pen is just like writing with with a regular pen. Very easy to hold and glides easily. Not messy at all. I would highly recommend this product to all crafters.

I cannot live without these glue pens! I use them on every lo because they work so well. I like that the glue is colored so you can see exactly where you are putting it. It does not "wet" the paper, so there are no bulges. You don't even have to use a lot in order to make anything stick. And, the best part is that they last for a long time.

Must Have!

This is a must have in the scrapping supplies. It is perfect for adhering the small embellies. I use it for fine paper embellies. I have even used it to adhere the self-adhesive jewels if the adhesive accidentally comes off. It doesn't seem to clog and there is plenty of product (no constant refills). I would highly recommend this!

Sakura quickie glue pen-a pen that works

I need to glue small jewels to a layout and a friend brought this out. Not only was it easy to use, no clogging but it really did dry fast & clear like it says. My only problem was you couldn't really "Squeez" it that well for bigger spots; you had to dab small spots to make one large one. Very good value for the price-under $ 4

When I purchased this glue pen it was a spur of the moment purchase. But it turned out to be one of my favorite products! It can be used for more than just glitter, like I originaly planned. For any small detail items, like letters, it is the best! Easy to use, and has never clogged up, I keep it in easy reach at all times!

I truly love this glue pen!!! I was having trouble with other glues when it came to adhering small items like letters cut out of the cricut. This totally solved the problems. It is easy to use and it doesn't goop up and ooz out like some other glues. Will definitely buy again and will always have this on-hand!!

after trying a few of its competitors and being perfectly happy with those products I walked into a Paper Source in Brookline, MA and fell in love! This one writes just like a pen! Smooth and quite tacky! I love using it with my Martha Stewart glitters! I don't even use my other ones anymore!

I have been looking for something that would help with small die cuts and this is the perfect glue pen! I love how you take off the cap and its ready to use! Its super easy too use and doesn't get glue all you like a bigger glue pen would when trying to glue small things to a lo or card.

This glue pen is the perfect adhesive for thin pieces. I use it for all my small letters and embellies. No smudge, ever! I really recommend this product and would suggest to store it upside down to make sure it flows well everytime.

I LOVE this thing!

I have been searching and searching for a tool like this.... the glue rolls out so smoothly, and you can get into every nook and cranny with this pen! It's so versatile and crazy easy to use! I love it! .... in fact, I have a handful of them in stock in my craft room... because I use them so much! The only thing I don't like about it is if you don't stick the piece right away, you need to re-glue it because the glue dries very quickly.

This was a great tool to have for glueing those tiny, stubborn and difficult letters and embellishments that you just can't get on with a tape runner! It's handy and small just like a pen but glue. You do have to tap the tip sometimes if you are glueing continuously but otherwise it's a keeper.
