A fellow scrapper was using this at a crop I attended in November. She used it to attach chipboard to her altered "lunch" boxes and raved about how great it worked. She was just about finishing off a bottle and was ready to toss the container when I asked her what the name of the product was. She tossed me the bottle and told me to give it a try when I got the chance (there was a small amount left).
That small amount was enough to seal 10-12 DelMonte fruit cup projects I made with a friend this past Christmas as well as glue down a few other items. The stuff goes a LONG way and though it can be a little messy, cleans up VERY easily!
I have used it to glue my dd's wood doll furniture back together (rough kid play) as well as a couple of broken ceramic Christmas items. IT works faster and way better than crazy glue!

Zip Dry....I didn't like it the first time I tried it. I was at a workshop, working on mini clipboards. The instructor told us to try Zip Dry to make sure the paper and all the goodies stuck to the board. (I personally thought..what a good way to push a product. Not going for it) So I tried it and it worked. At first I thought this product is too messy.
The instructor said..this product will hold everything and anything down. I then thought..maybe I should try it.
I bought a bottle and IT WORKED. NOW I'm a firm believer in the product.
Try it...YOU WILL LIKE IT!

I was using Elmer's craft bond, memory book glue pen and got annoyed with having to put the glue on and hold the item/s in place for a period of time. I wanted something that will glue on quickly without having to hold on to it to let it dry. So on the search for glue, i went to the forum to see what others recommended and they recommended zip dry. Once I got it i used it for the first time and it works. I highly recommend this glue for quick drying.
I highly recommend this product! I've been using it for a couple years now and swear by it! It doesn't cause the paper to curl. Just be sure to keep it tightly closed, and keep the nozzle clean. Even as I use it on a project if I will not be using the glue for a few minutes, I clean the nozzle and close it. It does get hard to use if you don't keep the air out and keep it clean.
I have already used a bottle of the Zip Dry glue and loved the immediate results. I have recommended this to several other scrappers as well and they love it too! Great stuff and dependable. The only thing I don't like about this is the tiny glue line (like a spider's web) when I pull back the nozzle. It dries quickly and I clean up is easy!
This is a GREAT glue and a must have if you want to cover chipboard. I sometimes use the applicator and sometimes use a brush. One trick - you should store the bottle with the white CAP on it and remove the applicator top. If the applicator top gets gunked up, it is easy to clean out with a toothpick. The gunked up glue with pull right out.

I thought this adhesive would be highly overrated, but it's definitely not!! I'm usually really sloppy with any type of liquid adhesive, but this stuff is SO easy to use and easy to clean! I've already gone through more than 3/4 of a bottle and will be ordering 3 or 4 just to have on hand. Love love love it!!!

Love this glue but it is hard to find in any stores around my area. There are so many uses for it that I bought 2 this time so that when one runs out, I'll order another so that I always have it on hand (but to be honest, the shipping is great with this site so if I ran out the wait wouldn't be long!)
I could not believe that you could find Zip Dry at the price I paid. It was great. I just love Zip Dry. use it on all of my cards. It is the best glue. I also want to say that the buying experience was great. The shipping did not take long either.
I know I will buy from them again.
This along with my xyron products are the only adhesives I use. The glue is great since it dries quickly but if you put too much and it oozes out the edges just rub it with you finger and it's gone. Great for small items and decorative embellishments with small areas that need a dab of glue.
There are two adhesives I rely on: Zip Dry and Tombow tape runners. This glue is a fast drying, agressive adhesive. I use it mostly when applying embellishments like pearls, rhinestones and metal elements. When a strong bond is needed for a paper-to-paper application, this is what I use.
I have packs of Fancy Pants felt. But I dreaded using it because it was such a pain to adhere to the layout. Then my friend introduced me to this Zip Dry glue. Love love this stuff! Absolutely perfect with felt and all sorts of other small items.

I love Zip Dry glue for scrapbooking and cardmaking. Some abiity to change placement remain available until the glue actually dries, and once it sets up it's permanent. My husband scrapbooks also and he will not use any other adhesive of any kind!
I am on my second bottle in 6 months. THis stuff really works great...better than any other glue I have tried. THe only thing I don't like is sometimes it gets stringy and the top of the tip will dry up on you if you don't keep the lid on it.

There is a bit of a learning curve with this. Absolutely a great paper glue - especally for large paper projects. No ripples or buckles. You must work relatively fast, but this is the smoothest finished paper project glue I've used.
This glue works really well. I bought another type before this when this wasn't in stock and it wasd hard to work with. This bottle is easy to use and the glue holds tight. It does stink so you shoulds have ventilation.
I love my zip dry. It is great to use on chipboard albums. The glue dries fast & is sturdy. I've even used it to glue down metal embellishments and had no problems with them sticking. A must for every scrapbooker!

I have used this product before, so was happy to purchase some more. I find it works better than any other adhesive I have used in my card-making. I have to work fast placing an item, as it really does ZIP dry.
This glue is absolutely the best for scrapbooking. I have been using it since 2005 and wouldn't switch to anything else. I always keep an extra bottle on hand...hate running out! I use it on every layout I do!
This is my 2nd bottle in the past few months. I just love it. Doesn't warp my papers and it works wonderful with glitter on my crocheted snowflakes. It also holds heavy embellishments well. Great product....
The first time I ordered this it came with red cap as shown in picture. This last order it had a white cap & longer nozzle which I like much better! This is great glue & I think I have found a KEEPER!:)

This product is amazing. I ran out in the middle of a project and couldn't find it anywhere in town. Ordered 3 bottles I .swore I would never run out again. MUST HAVE. Thank You Scrapbook.com
Good product. Its not messy...easy to rub off excess glue unless it gets into fine detailed areas. Be sure to apply and adjust it quick! It dries really fast and if it starts to dry it doesnt hold.

Not too thick, not to runny. Just perfect! Allows time to position and adjust objects for the perfect placement! Also cleans up excellent without a trace left behind. My favorite glue.
This is the perfect glue for my scrapbooking projects. It really does dry fast and has a strong hold. I glued chunky beads to cardstock and it actually held! I love it.
Zip dry is the answer to scrappers needs. It dries in seconds and does NOT wrinkle/pucker the paper. Holds securely and permanently! LOVE IT! Can't live without it!
This is a must-have adhesive for every scrapper! It aloows precision, and cleans up so easily! It is probably even more economical than tape runners.

I used this glue to attach paper to metal and was so happy with the outcome. The vapors are a strong, so use with plenty of ventilation.

Hands down, this is my fav liquid glue for gluing photos and paper! Dries so quickly and so easy to use. Lasts a long time too!
Used in this card: Hey there cupcake!
This glue is nothing short of amazing! It really does what it promises and it is saving me SO much time. Now that I can just squirt out of a bottle I don't have to cut and peel tape adhesive, or roll a bulky glue glider - such a huge time saver!! This glue sticks very well and leaves no wrinkles on your paper. It's archival safe so go ahead and use it on any part of a LO! One downside is that you really have to work at keeping the top clean so that the glue does not get clogged (and this happens fast), and the strong smell of the glue does fill the room really quickly.

I've successfully used this glue on corrugated cardboard that I've moistened in order to strip, rending it curled up on both ends. The glue went on very smoothly and was dry in ten minutes. I had covered the cardboard and cardstock with several heavy books to flatten; the glue made it all stay flat. I've also used this very successfully on heavy metal embellishments.
I've taken off one star for the fumes: make sure that you use it in a very well ventilated place.

Love this glue! Works well with fabric, heavy embellishments, etc. Is also less "stringy" than other brands I've tried. Won't go back to tape runners that with a little heat fail miserably and leave you to re-do a once already done scrapbook page!
This is a great product. It drys fast, cleans up easy (without leaving marks behind), it's clear and makes a strong bond. I did not give this product a full 5 stars however because I do not like how it is supposed to be stored. It is a pain to have to replace the nossel with a flat cap everytime and after doing so it is not readily avaliable when you need to glue something quickly. This product also has a very strong smell, which when used in a small area makes me dizzy. My husband also complains that it "stinks" and so I can't use it around him.

I'm on my second bottle of this, because the first bottle totally dried up. I didn't know I was supposed to keep the flat cap on when not in use, which is a nuisance to switch.
I bought this to use on an acrylic album, because it's supposed to dry "clear", but I can totally see it through the acrylic. I may as well have just stuck to my tape runner.

I have been using Zip Dry for a number of years with NO problems. But within the past several months I have been having issues with the glue not adhering to my projects. The first time this happened I contacted the Mfg. directly and they indicated they were having issues with the glue but indicated the necessary changes were made and all was well. However, a few months after that the problem popped right back again. Once again I contacted the Mfg. but this time there was NO responds. So now itís the third time Iím having the same issues. This time I contacted scrapbook.com and they will be replacing my unused bottles which I have on hand. However, at this point I will discontinue using Zip Dry glue because itís no longer a reliable product I can use.
I purchased this after seeing someone using it at a crop. I liked the name but the product is terrible. It is difficult to use because it constantly leaves a stringy glue trail. Also, because of the way the lid is constructed, it cannot be turned upside down for fast convenient use (like the 3M bottles). The glue clogs all the time because you cannot place a cap over the squirter and you can't turn it upside down. I'll be giving mine away or throwing it away.
Rubber Cement is hard to find these days. I bought this instead but I still like rubber cement better and it is a lot cheaper. The directions say that you are supposed to take off the nozzle and replace the flat-cap when not using it -- just a nuisance! As I have strongly implied, I didn't like this!
Zip dry is a must have for all crafters. I tried my first acrylic album back in Dec. 07, and tried just about every glue imaginable. I was recommended Tomb Aqua Liquid Glue, for my acrylic album was absolutely unsatisfied.
I tried giving another acrylic album try after destroying the first one and as I was shopping at my LSS, I asked about the glue they would recommend and they mentioned Zip Dry, at first I was like "Here I go again", but I gave it a try and I am just so so so happy it worked great, it not only dries clear, but holds anything down strongly. I have not finished my 1st bottle I had to go out and buy another. I definatley recommend it to all, and cleaning is easy.
One day I picked up a bottle of this glue. It sat on my shelf and I hardly ever used it since I mostly used tape runner adhesive for my projects. Then one day I ran out of glue and I was in the middle of a project and I remembered I had my bottle of Zip Dry glue. All I can say is that I'm glad I ran out of tape runner that day LOL This is the best glue I've ever used and I haven't gone back to my other glue since. The one thing that I love is that it dries so fast and you can use it to glue paper down and it doesn't seep thru the paper. It's a little pricey but well worth it. I highly recommend you purchase this product :)
If you are looking for the perfect multi-purpose glue to compliment your tape runner, this is it!
I adheres all embellishments, even heavy metals and flimsy ribbon without altering your paper at all. It is also great for adhering paper to chipboard or other altered arts.
I am not a fan of using it for all paper working, however. I still prefer my tape runner for attaching paper to paper or picture to paper. I think this is more due to the application process-this glue is very think and would be kind of annoying to use all the time.
All in all...fantastic!
I was introduced to this a CK convention. And I am hooked! It ad hears everything! Dries clear. And any spots that spill out say from a ribbon, you just use your finger to gum it up and remove the "bogger" just like rubber cement! I personally love the smell, but that's cause I loved rubber cement as a kid too. I can't do a project with out this!
I started using this product about 5 years ago and have used nothing else since then as far as a wet adhesive. The glue doesn't buckle or wrinkle the paper and cleans up nicely. If you haven't use this I advise to give it try.
I love this glue for all of my scrapbook projects. It is forgiving when you make mistakes and it rubs off of the pages when it is in a place you don't want it to be. I won't use anything else.
The only bad thing about this product is the smell. It smells exactly like rubber cement glue (to me, anyway) and you have to have a well-ventilated area if you're going to be using it for an extended period of time. Otherwise, this product is great...it sticks great...you can use it on all those heavy metal embellishments and they don't move an inch. It also doesn't wrinkle the paper, which is a major pet peeve of mine. I would highly recommend it regardless of the smell!
I bought this product at the store I used to crop at when I couldn't get a piece of textured card stock to stick to another with the standard sticky dots. It works great! Doesn't wrinkle the paper, doesn't stain. Can usually be removed if you stick paper in the wrong place just by rubbing it once it's dry. It dries REALLY fast, which can be a good or bad thing if you're slow at doing pages like me! The only bad thing I can say is that it stinks!
This glue attaches quickly, holds firm and DOESN'T WRINKLE PAPER like some craft glues can. Love it!! Only down side is that you have to remove the applicator tip after each use and even then it can still get gummed up because the tip is so fine.
This glue works well at getting things to stick! And it's VERY fast drying! However, my bottle is always gumming up and I have to clean it before every use. Maybe they should redesign the lid.
This glue works wonderful and it a great way to keep your pages economical. It's doesn't wrinkle or buckle or anything like that...wonderful way to attach large sheets of cardstock, pattern paper, chipboard etc.
The reason I only gave it a 3 out of 5 is because it is STINKY!! It's quite strong smelling..very industrial smell and when I used it at crops someone always said something along the lines of 'ewww...what's that strong smell'.
So, it's a wonderful glue but if you are sensitive to smells you may wish to opt for something less smelly ;)
This was supposed to be the best ever adhesive for scrapbooking. It isn't, but it's not bad. It was supposed to be extremely smelly. It isn't, but it does smell a bit. I wouldn't tell friends to use it, but if they ask, I'll say it does work, but don't expect miracles.
