I had been using a flat file system for all my paper, but after reading lots of posts about how much room a vertical system saved, I decided to give it a try. I had fourteen shelves of 12x12 paper organized by color and pattern and whether it was a holiday or not so I bought THREE of these value packs. It worked. I used all the little storage boxes for my colors, and used the three main holders for all my theme paper, separating it with the dividers. I found paper I'd forgotten I had, and was able to include exotic papers cut to odd sizes (9x11; 10x12; 7x9) in the theme areas so maybe I'll not forget about them when I'm working on a project. I do have these sitting in 13" wide and deep wooden cubbies so they'll stay standing up by themselves: I wouldn't try using them on a shelf without sturdy bookends because they get heavy!
But I now have easy access to all the paper and can pull a whole color or unit out to the table to use without dog-earing everything.
I´m so happy with this product. Now I have the perfect storage for my patterned papers. I store some papers by manufacturer, some by theme and some by style, and these has made it so easy! I´m specially happy about the folders I´ve created for Graphic 45 and Websters pages. I´ve used one of the small folders and diveded them into 12x12, die cuts and stickers and scraps, using the dividing sheets, and then sorted into them. I use these papers mainly for cards, so keeping my scraps with the papers will make it easier to use the scraps! I´m using the same system for ledger papers and such as well. Its a great system!!!
About a year ago I switched over from horizontal paper storage to the Cropper Hopper Vertical system. The change has not only saved me space in my scrap room but also time in searching for just the right sheet of paper. With this system it is very easy to simply pull out a bigger holder or the smaller one and thumb through the papers in it without ever having to remove them from the holder itself. The included dividers help to subdivide the papers further and make the process just that much faster. If you are looking for compact, easy to use, and inexpensive paper storage, I highly recommend this system.

I have 3 sets of these - the number of pieces of paper you can store in these is astounding! I keep all my patterned paper in these. Since I order most all my paper in sets - Daisy D, Basic Gray, and Cosmo Cricket are my favorites - I love that I can scan the tabs for the pattern name or the brand that I am looking for, and then spot pull the whole thing out. LOVE that. I keep 3 of these and 2 black ones filled with card stock only, on the top rack of my Cropper Hopper paper trolley. (Can U tell I love items I can roll into position when I am ready to scrap? LOL!!)
Between the cats and the little boys I have around my house, I don't feel safe setting my supplies up on my desk or a shelf, I keep everything organized in a big plastic tote and and small plastic tote. These paper organizers fit perfectly into my tote and I was able to get the lid on once I was done reorganizing. I wasn't able to do that before. Plus I free'd up half the room in the big tote for my larger tools. I thought I was going to need a new tote! Its so worth that $20 bucks.

I have about 8 sets of this storage system and will most likely order more! I use the smaller cases to store colored papers (pink print, blue print, multicolor background, light multi, etc.) as well as templates, , full sheet letters, and so forth. The large ones hold my scads of cardstock, one color per case with the tabbed dividers separating the shades. It takes a while to set up, but it is worth it. Look at your picture(s), think of the proper color and you're ready to scrap.
I had seen these elsewhere but Scrapbook.com definitely offers these at the very best price! I have just begun using them to sort my paper by theme and they work great. I love that they're already assembled when they arrive and I could take them out of the box and begin using them right away. If you need a way to sort and store your paper, try these.
I have now organized ALL my paper into these amazing storage packs. I am so thrilled with them! I used the big ones to hold all my color specific solids and patterns, the smaller ones hold paper I bought in in collections or stacks. I couldn't be happier! I labeled the front of each one with my little label maker, so fun!

In the past year, I have purchased 6 of these vertical storage packs and use them for everything! My craft room is now very organized and all my papers & page kits are accessible and easy to find. I put them on a deep bookshelf with labels on the ends, organized by manufacturer/product line name. Great system!
This is a great vertical storage system. The top-loading and see through containers make it easy to find the papers you are looking for and get them effortlessly. The tabbed dividers make it easy to organize your papers into colors and themes. Overall it is a convenient, easy and efficient storage system.

To me there is no other way to store Patterned Paper or Cardstock. I have never had any of my papers creased, torn, folded or any other mutilation storing them this way too. Also they are great if you are moving just box them up and as they say in the land od Oz "No Worries, Mate!"

I have been waiting for this product! It is fabulous. It is the easiest and best way to store and sort your paper stock. And one is not enough! I recommend that everyone use these for storing their stock. Easy access for retreiving as well! Awesome!
These paper storage holders are awesome and very very sturdy. I haul mine to crops and back and have no problems. They are an excellent way to store your paper and see what you have without having to dig thru a drawer or box.
I love this product good price considering you get dividers and separate paper pouches. I love my cropper hoppers and I would recommend this product to everyone who loves paper and wants to keep it nice and orderly.
These have been so helpful in organizing my paper. I only bought 2 to see how I liked them and now I'll be getting more. Like other users, I take out the 4 dividers to give me additional storage.
I have a LOT of paper. So much that it's hard to sift through to find the perfect page. The Cropper Hopper will be a wonderful way to store and easily view what papers I have.
I love this system! Takes up much less space on your shelf and papers don't get bent! Easy to pull out what you want! I will probably be buying more!

these are great! It is especially nice to be able to see my cardstock at a glance...and they seem to keep the paper really nicely and in order. I ordered two and will probably order a few more to finish up my papers...the only thing that was bad was that once I started, I didn't want to stop! and then it got to how I wanted to separate the different colors...I haven't tried to fit them into my bags, but don't think it will be a problem. You can always take out what you might need (but then, who really knows what you might need during a crop) and leave the larger part at home...
It is sturdy enough and will definitely organize your paper. I ordered it for my expedit shelves and sadly it didn't fit properly. I had to take the pouches and turn them on their side and you know, now it's just not right! Good product though. I will buy the dividers and use in my horizontal storage.
This as helped me to keep my papers at a glance, to arrange by colors, patterns, and seasons. Before I was just stacking papers on top of each other and not knowing what I really had or how much. It is different now, thanks to Cropper Hopper.
I really liked these for storage. However, after moving several times they didn't do so well in the moves and I ended up having to toss them. Once they are up, they are good to use. Pretty sturdy for holding papers and other goodies.
Great for keeping paper straight and in easy view. Love that colors or brands can be organized in the pouches. Only negative is that the tabs do not adhere well to the dividers.

I like how the storage sleeves are vertical and have easy to use dividers, however I don't think the product is worth the price. The sleeves are made out of a cheap plastic, and unlike the picture are not sturdy enough to stand on their own. Also, if you have an ikea Expedit bookshelf, these will not fit between the shelves.
Okay, is it weird to be totally in love with a paper holder? My incessent need for organization has been quenched by this product. I love to find new ways to organize my growning stash, but my Cropper Hopper is my one constant in my studio. I love how much paper that it holds...and it is sturdy enough for all of my cardstock. You can stand it up or even put it on it's back to get a great view of what you have. Finding the right paper has never been so easy. Throw in some sturdy, plastic dividers and some great insert paper holders and you have a system that actually does exacly what it says...stores/organizes/protects your patterned paper, cardstock, rubons, stickers and even templates! Should you buy it? Definitely! Should you get more than one set? Absolutely! You will not be sorry!
I have been trying to decide on a better storage solution for my growing paper stash, and I finally decided on this set because of the value! I purchased a few of these value sets, and I could not be happier with the decision! I use the larger holders to hold my cardstock and the dividers to separate the individual colors so it is easy to find what I need at a glance. I use the smaller holders for my patterned paper--I use a different one for each manufacturer or occasion depending on how much I have of a particular theme. I can't believe how much faster it is now for me to find exactly what I am looking for when I need it! It has also made it easier for me to keep from forgetting what I have. I have loved the switch to these holders so much that I wish I would have done it sooner!
I've been trying to find a way to store all my pages so they won't get torn, crinkled, or sat on by the paper-hogging cat and so far this has been really great! I'm constantly shocked at how much paper this thing holds. At present, I keep the four pull-outs inside the main storage sleeve, but as I build my scrapbooking 'space' I plan to change it more like the picture where I have colored card stock in the main sleeve and printed pages in the pull-outs. Really great tool!
Only thing is that this is definitely not a mobile tool - if you're looking for something to store your pages when you travel or move around, I'd recommend something more like the album and paper tubs or the Cropper Hopper Page Planners.
Otherwise, great product!!
I had been storing my paper for years in the Display Dynamics 12x12 acrylic trays. I liked them overall, but they took up too much space in my scraproom -and- I couldn't see every sheet in each indidual tray. Switching to the CH Vertical storage worked out much better for me because I was able to contain all my cardstock and papers (and kits, too) in a smaller space. I can also flip through all my papers with no problem because they are now divided by color, theme or manufacturer. And because they are not lying down on each other, the papers on top don't get damaged by my ruffling through them!
I have nine and they sit nicely on top of my IKEA bookshelf. Such a space-saver!
I really love this system! I have 2 of them right now, filled to the brim. :) The bigger container can hold up to 200 sheets and the smaller ones can hold up to 50. It fits really well too, without bending any corners or the sides. Since I buy alot of paper pads, I use the smaller ones for paper pads that I've taken apart, so that I can keep the sheets together and also store any of the papers that I've cut but can still use. Then, I use one of my bigger holders for my cardstock, divided by color, and the other for patterned paper sheets, divided by pattern. It's been a wonderful system for me! I highly recomend this product for anyone struggling for a way to organize your paper...
I absolutely love this product!I have found this is the easiest way to keep all of my plain and patterned papers easily organized.I took a label maker and catagorized each kind of paper such as sports, baby, boys, summer, etc and i am able to keep track of everything in a simplified way.The best part about the oraganization of this is if i use all the paper i have in a specific catagory and have extra of another i can alway re~do my label and make room for something new and exciting!
I am slowly, but surely, creating a scrap space in my home. Before Cropper Hopper my paper just sat, all stacked up. This has really helped me organize and has added a more "finished" look to my space. I honestly do not know how I made it this long without this product. It is a must have for every scrapper, newbie to pro. Buy this - it will NOT end up on your list of worst purchases!
I loooove the cropper hopper vertical storage - I have 3 of these sets - I use the big ones for solida cardstock & the pouches for patterned paper - I also use the paper files & page planners and they are great too! One of the big ones I have the files & page planners it - I JUST love that you don't have to lift a huge stack of paper to get to the bottom!
I can't wait to get them full of my paper and my paper out of the flat storage it's in!! I'm redoing my scrap space and this will really make it look neater and keep my papers in better condition. Cropper Hopper storage solutions have always been some of the best and this is no exception!!
I was a little reluctant to get the value pack because I didn't know what I would do with the paper pouches. It turns out they are great for keeping partially-finished pages in - and more importantly, keeping cat hair from such pages.
These are very very sturdy, which is why I had such a hard time with them... I ordered 2 and wish I hadn't (yet more money wasted, buy something I don't need)... I at the time don't have a ton of paper, and had a very very very hard time getting these in the form / shape they should be.. I ended up going with a horizontal storage system instead..But I can totally see why folks would like them.. Perhaps as my scrapbooking stuff grows, I'll be able to use these :)
I fell in love when I saw this paper storage from Cropper Hopper! I have about 5 of them full of paper. They hold very well and neatly! They don't tip over if they are full with paper. I love this product and this is a must have!!!
I keep my cardstock in flat treys, but my pp in these, sorted by color. Stores A LOT in limited space and it's easy to flip through the sheets when you're looking for something special.
I just love these holders! I like how much paper they hold and how sturdy they are on my shelves. Makes organizing your papers a breeze! reasonably priced too :)
