I was thrilled to find this therm-o-web item at such a fabulous price, since I was paying nearly $2 per item more at my local art store. So, I was understandably wary when I received the shipment and the packaging did not look at all like the picture shown (the usual grey/red/white packaging). Instead, the packaging is black, white, and lime. I was so concerned, but figured I'd better try it out---on my son's rehearsal dinner invitations, no less. What a wonderful surprise! These refills perform better than the more familiarly packaged item. This new/different packaging may just be intended for a different market (European?), but the product is fabulous. No getting stuck or jammed. I was able to use the ENTIRE roll of four cartridges so far. (I ordered a dozen.) Needless to say, I am thrilled.
I LOVE my thermo web adhesive, so I was excited to find this refill value pack for such a great price. These refills are about $7-8 locally, so I always buy these as soon as they are available.
The only slight thing I noticed is that the little flip closure thingy on the dispenser catches a bit on this refill (and this never happened when I bought the refills locally in individual packages). It doesn't interfere with the use of the item, so I didn't reduce my rating. If this is the only problem, it is well worth getting them at such a reduced price. They do sell out often, so get on the notify list if you want to keep well-stocked!

The first time i came across this, it was the first tape adhesive runner i ever used. I switched off because of it being out of stock a few times, and i couldn't believe how cheaply the others are made. This one is FAR THE BEST I'VE EVER USED. It makes me happy to see them in stock every so often. It's able to be used through about a whole mini or two (one refill) and does not gum up on the sides. It comes out smoothly, and does not take up too much room to store the dispenser, unlike the huge scotch roll that is 30 dollars.
This is my all time favorite adhesive! I've only been using it for about 8 months and it has become the one I come to for all my cardmaking & scrapbooking needs.... It's a very strong adhesive and you can't beat the price here at scrapbook.com... I use to pay $5.49 then I've seen it for $4.99 but when I came to scrapbook.com it was the best deal ever, and it's the only place I will come to, to buy these. Once you start using this product you won't need anything else!
This adhesive is the first I have tried that did not create a sticky mess that took more time to fix (resulting in wasted adhesive) than it took to use. I love this product because it is easy to replace, does what it says it will do, and is neat and easy to use. It even worked to hold heavier metal embellishments to my scrapbook pages. Not only would I buy this again, I love that I can buy in bulk and save money. HIGHLY recommend this product!
This is my favorite brand of adhesive, and when they stopped carrying at Michael's (where I could use my 40% off coupon) I was distraught. This brand has MORE adhesive for LESS money than other products. SO GLAD to have found it on Scrapbook.com for a reasonable price (including S&H) and very quick delivery. I always have ample "inventory" of this product now. : )
I reccomend this to everyone I talk to who crafts. It holds really well and is an excellent value. It is my go to adhesive for almost everything.
I have used alot of different adhesives over the years and you really cannot go wrong with anything made by Therm O Web
I usually purchse this 6 pack here because it is an even better value to get them in bulk!
I just have to share that I have been buying these refills each at Michaels and they are $ 4.49 plus tax and I was browsing through this site and found all six for $ 18.99 What a deal I have then bought all of my refills through SB.com this is a awesome product and works great. I like this more then the tape squares. I highly reccomend this product :)
I've used this adhesive since it hit the market a few years back. It's affordable and easy to use. It really keeps my projects intact and it lasts quite a while for me. The dispenser is lighweight and yet compact, so it's easy to store in my stash. I love buying in bulk because I rarely run out before I remember to purchase again. Thanks therm-o-web!

Since I discovered this product several years ago ( I had tried
numerous other adhesives ) I'm not sure I could make my
greeting cards without it. It is a clean product and even if a
mistake is made, it can be removed without damage to paper etc. I try to keep at least 2 refills on hand before I
re-order, just to be sure I don't run out.
I am new to scrapbooking and I have produced a couple hundred photo pages in a short time. This product is great for "sticking" paper, ribbon and pictures. I searched the web for the best rates and ended up here at www.scapbook.com Their price is competitive especially when buying in bulk (I get 18 refills at a time).
I like to scrapbook, but I don't need a big tape tool like the professionals, because I don't do big projects, and occasionally sit down to make cards and scrapbook pages. I like this because it is small, fits in my hand nicely, and if I go to scrap club, it travels well with the flip top. The swivel head is nice, too.
Okay I admit I mess up every tape runner I've ever bought; except this one. I love it. It's lightweight (good for my hands) and has 50 feet of tape. That's lots of projects. I've been using it for months and it is still going strong. It may not be the cheapest but it's the best in my book.
These are the refills for the Ther O Web tape runner. It is the best one I have found. It holds all the papers and photos to pages or cards I have made.
They were hard to find in stores now. I finally found them at Scrapbook.com. The best price too.
This Tape Runner was introduced to me by a friend that owned a wonderful little scrapbook shop that unfortunately went out of business due to economic hardships in our area. It is absolutely the greatest and my all time favorite adhesive on the market.
I absolutely love this tape. Although you can go through it pretty fast, its compact, easy to use and it stays really well. Great for cards! Scrapbook.com has a really good bundle deal on this also. I try to always get it from here!
This is the best tape runner I have used for my cards. I have also decided that when I buy several of these 6-packs at one time it becomes the most economical. It's better to buy in quantity for me due to the cost of shipping.
I have used some other tape runners that worked similar to this but they were twice the money for less tape. This tape has never let me down and is the best and most cost effective I have used, thanks you Scrapbook.com!!
I have tried an extensive variety of adhesives since I'm an avid scrapbooker. I cannot find this in my local store so I order it on line. It is excellent quality and still re-positionable for a short time.
This is the only brand tape runner I will buy. I can't find them around town anymore at the local craft stores so when I can find a good deal online, I buy a bunch. And your prices are great!
what a great deal on all this adhesive! These refills are easy to install/change and the taped doesn't gunk up or get stuck inside the dispenser. Will definitely buy again.
If they can get the dispenser to properly feed, this would be a great adhesive. But the dispenser constantly gets wound incorrectly, and you have to use a screwdriver to rewind it properly. It wastes all kinds of time, when you should be reaching for a time-saver.
I tried a new dispenser, and so far it seems to be working really well...so maybe I had a defective one the first time around. I'm changing my "1 star" rating to "4 stars"....because the adhesive really is very effective and easy to use when it works!

I've tried lots of tapes and this is the one adhesive runner, outside of my ATG and ScorTape, that I buy again and again. It forms a nice bond and goes on easy with little fuss. And these replacement cartridges make them reasonable in price. I think this is my 3rd set of refills now. (Thanks Scrapbook.com for the package deal on this - its appreciated!)
When I started papercrafting, I chose the XL Tape Runner strictly because it was refillable. Recently, my local Michaels stopped carrying this brand and I had to buy other tape runners. Their adhesives are blotchy and inconsistent. I haven't found one that works as well as the XL, so I was thrilled to find refills online, and at such a good price. I bought 2 6-packs - I hope they're still available when I finally use these up!
