I received my envelope maker a few days ago, and just love it. I agree with everything in the detailed review above, but don't have a problem with the fact that it doesn't handle larger sizes of paper.
I mostly make the standard A2 size cards, so this is perfect for me. Very occasionally I make a larger card for one of my grandkids, but then it is only a 5 x7, and the board will handle the paper to make an envelope for this size card just fine.
I have the Martha Stewart board with the envelope template, and if I need to make a really large envelope, which is not at all likely, I can use it.
The ease of use is amazing! I love not having to get out my corner punch to round the corners, and having to cut out the little notches with scissors. This little gadget does it all - and does it beautifully.
Definitely this is the best tool I have purchased since I got my Cuttlebug! You get a lot of bang for your buck!
This makes envelope making so easy and quick! I've made quite a few envelopes and so far I haven't found any size discrepancies. However, the first couple of practice cards I made did score wrong. I finally figured out that you only have to measure for the first cut and score. After that you work by rotating the paper and just lining up the score line with the little point. Once I figured that out I was good to go and no more issues. Just have to read those directions real good. I would definitely recommend this product. Another plus is that it also includes a corner rounder that comes in real handy. I love how the little scoring tool stores right in the product for easy access too.

The Punch Board does exactly what it is designed for. I love the fact that everything is right on the board and I don't have to go looking for the size charts. If you are a cm user instead of inches, there is an adhesive overlay that can be applied to the board.
Making the scoring lines takes a little practice. Because you can't really feel it with your fingers, you have to learn exactly where to begin scoring at the top. Also, don't press too hard with the scoring bone if using thin paper because it would be fairly easy to cut it.
I am looking forward to making many envelopes that actually fit my cards and also on scrapbook layouts. The possibilities are endless!
I had my eye on this for awhile. I have to say, I am so glad I finally bought it. I've made envelopes by measuring and using a regular scoreboard, but this takes a fraction of the time to make a perfect envelope. Everything you need is right there in a compact package -- the score line and bone folder (which is conveniently stored in a slot on the side), the notch cutter, the corner rounder, and dozens of measurements for different sized envelopes. Easy Peasy! I will get a ton of use out of this, not only for envelopes for cards that I make, but also to make envelopes for scrapbook pages and other projects. Nice job, WRMK!
I love this little invention. I can make any size envelope with this board. I like making greeting cards but the cards always had to be made to fit the envelope size. Now I can make any size card I want and can also make an envelope to fit that card exactly. I always used to be stuck buying envelopes in the colors they had in the stores. Now I can take my scrapbook paper and make a pretty little envelope with it in less than 2 minutes. I love this envelope punch board so much!!!!
no complaints.... follow the directions and you will have no problems..... make sure you read the directions closely or you will end up with a wonky envelope (: I love how you can also make bows with is and also tags & file folders. I needed a corner punch and now I don't because this serves as one.... I can give my borrowed corner punch back to my friend!! Scoring works great too, just be careful not to press to hard if you're using a thinner paper

I love love love my new envelope maker! I liked making my own cards before, but trying to find the perfect sized envelope was a chore. Now I can make cards knowing I will have the right size envelope. The envelope maker was so easy to use that I was making them 15 minutes after I recieved it in the mail. There is a short video to watch when ordering.
If you are a card maker, then this little envelope maker is for you.
I absolutely love the envelope punch board I have made quite a few envelopes the only thing is I cannot see the corrections real well in metric as my eyesight is not very good is it possible to email the corrections to me in inches as I work in inches all the time I have told a lot of my friends about the board and where to go to review it
I have been anxiously waiting for the release of this product. The ONLY "problem" is that I am left handed and this is a right handed product only. I have already used this to make an envelope and it turned out perfect. I cant wait to make several different sized cards now!
I am really happy with the customer service with Scrapbook.com & have recommended them & the maker to all my friends.
I just received my Envelope Punch Board and I have to tell you I absolutely LOVE it! I made different sizes in minutes and with ease. I almost gave up when it came to envelopes but this is my Dream Come True. I LOVE IT!
Everyone Needs one of these!! I would give it a 100%!!! Also Scapbook shipped it right away and I had it within days. Super service! I will be watching for more great buys!
I love this item! I got one for me and one for my Mom and we both had a ball making several different sized envelopes quickly and easily! It is very easy to use. The small size is nice and very prtable, but the numbers guide is pretty small for my Mom to see and others I am sure may strain a bit. Other than that is is really great and will get a lot of use.
I was excited to get my hands on this "gadget" as it meant I could finally discard all those assorted templates I've collected for envelop making. It is easy to operate, it's compact/self-contained size make it easy to store and transport. Having the guide on the tool is the icing on the cake--nothing extra to keep track of or remember!
I like that everything I need is in one package to make envelopes of varing sizes. It scores, it nips and rounds corners and all the measurements are on the board. I also love the YouTube video that shows you how to make perfect paper bows to decorate you cards. Perfect! www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y4GP8CQjuF8
This is the most amazing envelope maker!! I have 3 others and they are nowhere near as great. I made an envelope within min. of it arriving. I ordered it on a Thursday and it arrived Saturday!! I was making a card when it arrived and I used it right then. ANYONE can make an envelope with this item.
I like this item very much, one thing I would recommend if using patterned paper, put the pattern face down! It can be very hard to see the score lines on some patterned paper.
My only problem right now is that I now have to make some cards for the envelopes I've made!
I just love this envelope board so much I was always fussing to get a envelope to fit my hand made cards . I would sometimes order the sizes I need online but the cost would add up pretty quick.. Thank you so much for the quick delivery and your great service ... Love Scrapbook.com
I just received mine after waiting for it to be available. I love it! I made a lot of envelopes in just a few minutes while watching TV. Very easy to use. I made many different sizes playing with it and even came up with some of my own measurements in making even more sizes.
Love the "measure once" feature and built-in punches. The Martha Stewart Scoreboard will make nice envelopes, but this tool saves you so much time - no cutting notches by hand, searching for your corner rounder, or double checking your measurements on each side.
Is simple to use. Lives up to its claims. Can make an envelope in just about one minute. Cut your medium paper or light cawrdsdtock to the size square required, measure once, punch and score four times, round corners and you are done. Works like a dream.
This is fantastic. I have others but projects from them do not compare. I picked out lots of papers and My Husband who is very crafty cut the reg. size and tiny envelopes. So I just have to fold them.
So easy to use and such a nice finished envelope.
I really love the envelope maker. You can make any size envelope easily and it fits. It took listening to a couple of U-Tube videos for me to get the knack of it but then it was clear sailing. Thanks for making things easier in my scrappy world.
No more hassle, boring and ugly envelopes. I love how easy is to use because they printed the measurements in the board. If you need more instructions there is a very good demonstration video here at Scrapbook.com. This is a must have product.
Love it! So easy to make envelopes with sizes right on the board. One drawback is that the scoring tool may be too sharp. File or sand it down and try it on scrap paper first. Otherwise - an addition every card maker needs in their craft room.
I love this thing. It's so easy to use. You only have to cut the paper to the size you need, then it's 8 simple punches and 4 scores and done! It makes all sizes up to 6 x 8 1/2. I've made a custom envelope for every card since I got it!
This tool is great and it was really easy to figure out. It could be made bigger, but not a deal breaker. Compared to The Enveloper and the Kreate-A-Lope, which I have both of those too, this was a breeze. Every card maker should own this.
I Love, Love, Love this punch. I began using it the day I received it and have used it almost every day since. I just hope I don't wear it out. It's not only great for envelopes but other projects as well. I highly recommend it!!
I originally bought this to make mini file folders, which it does do very well. I make a lot of 3 x 3 inch thak you cards and now I have a tool to make the perfect size envelope. I would whole heartedly recommend this product.
I love the variation of envelope sizes one can make. Unique sized cards can be accommodated, which is great. Clear instructions on the board on which score lines to use for each size. Love having it right on the tool itself.
This is exactly what I was hoping for...I'm so glad I have it! At first I couldn't figure out why my envelopes were turning out so cadiwompus...until I figured out what the 'line up' line was for! Couldn't be more simpler!
Item as described. Would love for We R Memory Keepers to send to people who have bought this item the revised scoring measurements. Instead of having to print and apply to board. Other than that I really like the producdt.
I'm really bad at measuring envelopes, I used to waste a lot of paper to finally give up. This does the job for you in just a couple of minutes! Now I can put my homemade card in fun, colorful envelopes! Worth every penny.
When I first got the punch board was a bit confused on the instructions, but once I watched a youtube video, the fun began! I was at a crop this weekend and so many people are now going to get one and have the fun I did!
This is just awesome. It is so easy to use and that fact that all of the measurements and scoring lines are on the chart on the punch is wonderful. Another great item from We R Memory Keepers! A MUST for any cardmaker.
I have never made an envelope so it was not intuitive to me. I wish the instructions had a couple more pictures but I was able to figure it out in about 10 minutes and it made a perfect envelope for my 5 x 5 card!!
What's to say, "It works!"
It is so simple to use. The instructions are very clear. After the initial paper alignment and first punch & score; it's simply line up the score guide, punch, score, & repeat.
I absolutely LOVE this envelope maker!!! It saves so much time and is so simple to use. I have already shared with my friends and one is putting it on her Christmas list😊. This is a must have!
Until I found this product I was struggling with a way to send some of my odd-size cards. This Envelope Punch Board is easy to use and very well designed. Every card crafter needs one . . . or two!
i am having way too much fun with this.
I have gone though many different envelope makers and this one is the best by far.
If you're into making your own envies this is a must have.
So easy to use! Instructions and paper sizing is right there on the board. There is no guessing. A metric sticker is included for measurements in metrics of you prefer to use that instead.
I love the evelope maker. I like it because you can make an envelope out of the same paper you make a card out of and have them match.
Thanks for the idea.
Don't know how I've done without this envelope maker - so simple to use, and by the look of the videos on the internet, it has lots of other uses as well as just making envelopes.
Thank you for your prompt delivery and I also appreciated the price reduction for delivery. I am a satisfied customer and I will grantly recommend you to my friends.
I have been wanting one of these for ages but couldn't find them locally. I make cards of various sizes and this will help me make the corresponding envelopes
I Love this board! Best purchase I've made in a long while...it is easy peasy to make any size envelope you would need..fast & accurate. I Love it.
Used in this card: Trick or Treat
Love the board and now able to make envelopes to fit my custom cards. I am excited to learn all the other things I can do with my envelope board!
After waiting months for this tool to come to the big chain craft stores because I knew I could get it most economically from them, I got excited when I saw that scrapbook.com had them and went ahead and purchased 3 of them from scrapbook.com. Other than the fact that I thought the Envelope Punch Board was going to be a little larger, maybe the size of Martha's scoring board. I am satified with this product. I am not happy that I purchased it from scrapbook.com because their postage is rediculous and I feel I should have waited and put the money they got for postage on an Envelope Punch Board for another fellow crafter. YES, it was that much! A tip for my fellow crafters, there are too many companies out there that offer free shipping when you spend as low as $25 or $50. This company charges top dollar for postage and still sends the items as slow as possible.
Love this tool, no doubt, but I hope the next version of it will tweak the scoring line feature. It's not easy to locate the score line when working from the middle of the punch button. I've been scoring it from the bottom and working up and still it's difficult to end up in the right spot every time. But all in all, it's a great idea.
Unfortunately I haven't gotten around to using this product yet but I have heard wonderful things from those who have.
I will update the status after I use it and even though I haven't used it, I would recommend based on all the positive feedback from friends.
WRMK was in a Big Rush to bring this to market without product testing? The size chart has several mistakes on it. Will You be sending a sticker overlay to correct these size miss markings? Other than that fun little board..I like it..
Have only had this a couple of weeks so far, and after a couple of mis-starts, I finally decided to read instructions. Once that was done, all worked exactly as it said it would. Very pleased with it at this point.
WRMK had a great idea with this board. The sizing chart is great, they provide a sticker you can attach to the front for those of you using the metric system, and they include a nice pictorial guide to get you started.
I've been aching to get my hands on this tool since it was debuted at CHA Winter 2013, so I gave it a thorough test run today. Here are my takes on it:
* Score lines are easy to line up
* Punching mechanism is very smooth
* Cushioned pads under the board at all 4 corners and the center will keep it stationary on most surfaces
* A huge assortment of envelope sizes to choose from (66 to be exact)
* The board is just too small to handle the larger sheets of paper. (Its small size makes it impossible to make a complete score line from end to end on larger papers.)
* No receptacle under the punch to catch the paper clippings, so they end up on your table
If you make a lot of smaller envelopes, this is definitely a tool you'll want to invest in. If larger envelopes are your forte, I would suggest that you wait for We R Memory Keepers to update this version and make it larger (and I sincerely hope they will). If this board could comfortably handle a 12 x 12 sheet of paper, I'd be singing its praises. But alas, WRMK has a bit more fine tuning to do before this tool becomes a must have.
Reading thru many of the reviews here - it seems buyers have not tried making several different sizes of envelopes; or I believe their review would read differently!!:)
The charts on the board itself gives some WRONG info about what size your paper needs to be on several of the env. dimensions. *sigh*
Another 'con' is that it does not hold larger pcs. of paper well and it is hard to find & use the score line w/ larger pcs; as they 'fall off' the board & you have to compensate...
My recommendation if you have this board? Use plain white paper and experiment first! I have wasted several pcs. of 'pretty paper' that turn out the 'wrong size'!
Wish their Q.C. dept. would have checked EVERY dimension BEFORE production!
The idea itself is brilliant I think; but having so many wrong dimensions has made me disappointed in WRMK!
PS~ **Some of the dimensions ARE Correct!, esp. on the smaller env's. ~ and it is pretty cool not to have to use env. 'templates' anymore ; )

My reason for saying I wouldn't recommend this product because the measurements to make your cards were WRONG. I was very pleased when I did receive and anxious until I notice the numbers to use to make a card, they were very difficult to understand. It was until I spoke with one of the owners at the local scrapbook store about this product she told me that they were wrong and are being asked to return them until corrected. When they do have the correct measurements for me to make my envelope I will purchase this, thank you.
What I'm not satisfied with the Punch Board is that the main object is scoring but I find the scoring lines not to be deep enough. They're so shallow, it's very easy for the bone folder to slip over into another line. Obviously, I'm stuck with it, but would not recommend it.
Made the standard envelope to fit 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 card it didn't fit - the dimensions are all wrong - not sure what happened but the dimensions provided on the table are wrong.
I was able to make only one envelope that came out right. The dimemsions were wrong. One side was more than the other side. I wish there was way to have it tested before purchasing this item or other items. So disappointed.
I just received my envelope punch board about a week and a half ago and absolutely love it so far. I've been playing around with it making all different sizes of envelopes from the very smallest gift card size to the largest one that's 6-1/4" x 9". I love how they tell you right on the board the size of the card (or whatever it is you're putting in there) that the envelope will hold. So the one that says 3x4, for example, will actually be big enough to hold a 3x4 photo, card, journaling spot or whatever. Sure, the board isn't large enough to do the scorelines that are called for on the two long sides of the largest card, but it was easy enough for me to just line it up on my Martha Stewart board and finish scoring the line. No big deal. I also love that this awesome tool has instructions on how to make 66 different sizes of envelopes! I am not even really a cardmaker either. I mean I've made some cards here and there, but I am more of a scrapbooker than anything. I got this envelope punch board to use the envelopes on my layouts, in my December Dailies and mini albums. And for the occasional card that I might make. Plus the fact that you can also make file folders with it is another extra bonus. This is a new cool scrappy tool that I know I'll get a lot of use out of.
I already started making envelopes with it and found the instructions easy. The best part is that there are tons of envelop sizes from which to choose.
There is an error on the sizing on one of the envlopes. But it's not a reason to not pruchase the item.
The correction is for the 3x3 card size. The board says to use a 2 3/4 score. That is incorrect. Instead, for th 3x3 card, use a 2 5/8 score. You will get a perfect envelope.
I am a seasoned scrapbooker and love my tools. This is the first envelope maker I've purchased and used. I love the ease of use. Easily stored and transported. My 11 & 12 year old children can easily make envelopes to match the size of their cards. Larger envelopes are a little challenging as the board is only so big for the scoring, but still worth it.
I love the ease of making envelopes with this. I do find, that I have to enlarge some of the paper sizes, it just could be that my idea of an A2 card is a bit different. I have had no trouble in making things a bit bigger however and its so handy to be able to whip out an envelope that goes with the card you have worked so hard to create. Love it !
Believe me it"s worth every penny. Super fast envelope creation. I timed myself, and can complete a professional looking envelope in less than two minutes without breaking a sweat. I bet Jill will receive her shipment quicker than other stores, so I'd suggest preordering here. The best tool I've purchased in a long time!
I love love love this tool. It takes all the guess work out of making envelopes. I've used the other envelope making tools (score pal, Martha Stewart score board) this is absolutely the easiest and quickest and most accurate way to make envelopes yet.
I absolutely love this tool! I received it as a gift from a friend and I love it! You can make envelopes in any size that you need for your handmade cards! Great tool! I think that every card maker needs one of these!
This is one of the best buys I have ever made since becoming a Scrapper.
If you haven't got one yet "GET ONE" you will love it. Inexpensive and it really works.
Love This New Craft Toy !!
The tool has some obvious pluses: easy to operate, clear instructions (even if you lose the paper instruction, you still have it printed on the punch), storage slit for the bone folder AND the centimetre measurements sticker (which I use as a comparison table for other purposes too LOL).
But as for me, it works perfect only for square envelopes - when you want to assemble a rectangular one (which I mostly use), you are left with that awkward pointed bottom piece that you have to trim. If it weren't for that, it would really be an ideal must-have tool.
I am big about cards .. I feel it is absolutely "necessary" for every occasion! lol
cause most of my cards come in random sizes and shapes.. I find the choices of envelopes in stores are pretty limited.. so this Envelope Punch Board is a huge huge saviour for me!
I am wanna make sure the envelope is as pretty.. so making my own from the paper choices I have is important for me :)
this is one of the best tools I have and I would definitely recommend that you get one,too.. very handy indeed!
I have the envelope punch board which I purchased new. I am having nothing but problems with the punch part. It keeps sticking and getting caught. I have to remove the paper, turn it over and place a screw driver in the bottom of the metal part and push to get it unstuck. Very frustrating. No impressed at all. Great idea though and I think a companion board that does envelope liners would be a great addition. I hope another company tries making one with a better punching mechanism.
