I Love Scrapbooking!!! I find great joy in recording the events of our lives! I look at the pictures that relatives have and wonder - do they remember the moments when they look at the pictures?

I've married the love of my life and celebrated 29 years last month and we have three daughters:  Sara 26, (married to Tim and one son, Dominic), Katie  22 who is still in college and Ellie 17, my youngest who is a Junior in High school this year.

Organ Donor Awareness is a big part of my life because 17 years (in January) ago I had a Heart Transplant.  Ten days after I had Ellie I developed Post Partum Cardiomyopathy, 6 months later I was transplanted.  God was smiling on our family that day!

We are gearing up for the 2010 US Transplant Games in Madison Wisconsin.  I'll be swimming again and hopefully I'll add to my medal collection.  My events are 100 IM, 100 Back, 50 Back and 50 Free.  Last time I missed a 4th medal by 700 of a point and that was the closest I ever got to a medal in the 50 free.  Currently I have 9 medals - not to bad for a gal in her late 40's.
