Married for 32 years to my high school sweetheart, two kids, Kelly is 29 a elementary school librarian and Brian is 27 and also a librarian at our local library!

I am retired on disability from the Census Bureau, I have something called Meniere's Disease, ever heard of it? Don't worry, most people haven't. I get severe bouts of vertigo. Don't like to talk about it much, just try to get through it and go on!

Here I am pictured with my spoiled rotten dog Louie, he is a boxer/plott hound mix that we rescued from a kill shelter in Ryder, VA, he is a wonderful companion, I take him with me everywhere I go.

I think that since I have been using this site my lay-outs are starting to improve, I still have a long way to go to be as good as some of the ladies on this site who I consider true artist.  But I have stopped the habit of just slapping photos on to pages.  I think for a very long time about what I want my layout to say, sometimes I even dream about a layout before I sit down and put it on paper.  I hope that when I am gone, my children, brothers, sisters, friends and someday grandchildren can look at the pages I have created and hold in their hands the love that I felt for each and every one of them.
