Bio: I am raising four kids--two of my own and two steps. Pictures have always been important to me since the birth of my son which coincided with the adoption of my step children. I went from being 19 with no kids to 20 with three so I was very young and bombarded with the Mom thing. I was instantly obsessed with capturing every waking minute of my son's life and felt guilty for the older two who had no pics from their early childhood. I took enough that I hope I more than made up for that. By the time our fourth came along two years ago I had filled up six gigantic albums of pictures and had a whole hard drive full of more. Scrapbooking has been my way of taking it to the next level. I started just two months ago and already have two books done and am well into my third. It's such a wonderful way to present the pictures that I am so proud of.
I have plans for many more books and if I had the resources I would be working on them around the clock. Unfortunately with four kids the budget is a little tight so I can't afford all of the supplies I need. I did however receive the Broderbound Scrapbooking program and would love to dabble into that and learn a little so I can pass the time that way until I can make books.
I am here just to learn some new ideas from the old pros and to share what I come up with along the way.
