Bio: My name is 'Gigi' and I am a jill of all trades!

I'm not a professional at any one thing, but tend to be a perfectionist at everything I do!

I'm a pencil artist since the age of 8, born and raised in Lafayette, Louisiana.

I enjoy art, digital photography & photo editing, storm chasing, animals, gardening, textiles, scrapbooking, web dessign, nature & the outdoors, and so much more!

I'll have to admit I do suffer from depression (OCD), fibromyalgia (FMS) and my creative mind & time is what keeps me going. My fibro makes me feel as if I am being skinned alive at times. Even when the wind blows, the lightest touch, or even wearing clothing hurts head to toe and feels as if my skin is being ripped off of me! Does anyone else feel this horrible pain?

I was married on Valentine's Day of 1997 and have 5 children. I'm a homeschool mom and also an art department manager Hobby Lobby-ist.

A self taught, south-paw amateur artist & photographer with many creative sides, my latest craze is scrapbooking all those family photos taken over the last 30-something years!

Eventually, all of those 35mm stored away in the closet and images I am uploading will be inserted into scrapbook albums.
