Let me start out by saying how much talent is here. I am always amazed, inspired, and touched when I walk through the galleries here.  There's always something that warms my heart or makes me smile. I wanted to say "Thank you" to all the fabulous artists here! You make my day a better day through the sharing of your endless creativity!

I'm a mother and a grandma. My children and grandchildren are the joys of my life! I love scrapping; whether it's one page with it's story, or an entire book that's filled with a story. But my first love is photography. The old saying that a picture is worth a thousand words could not be more true. From the main subject to the tiniest of details, I love what lies within a photograph. I scrap for myself and my family, as I want to leave behind the story of the journey of our lives. My tastes in design vary from altered to elegant. I also love to stamp; from faces to the Eiffel Tower, there's something intriguing about each one's personality. I also love to cook. To me this is one of the finest joys of life. I love cooking for my family and friends. To me it's a joy and great pleasure to sit around the table with family and friends and "break bread" together, sharing in delightful conversation and good fare. I also love to read. My library consists of such authors as Louis L'Amour, Mark Twain, Jack London, Mary Higgins Clark, Shakespeare, and a thousand-and-one others. I love pretty much anything to do with the "Written Word." Game of Scrabble anyone? I adore the old B&Ws - most especially the 1930's (and when Irving Thalberg was on the scene- that man was a genius!). I love music, from rock and blues to classical, and often I'll either have some music playing in the background or an old favorite B&W while I work. I find my best creativity is at night. I have a deep faith in God and His Son. He is my Rock. He's also my best friend. I come from a large family. I have a BFF from back in the fourth-grade and consider myself very blessed.
