Bio: I am a homeschool mom to four children and wife to a wonderful husband. I have been swimming (and drowning) in a sea of photos for over 20 years!
Because of the overwhelming number of photos I have accumulated in boxes and on the computer (I've been digital since 2001) I have made only a handful of scrapbook page layouts. However, I just finished reading Stacy Julian's book, Photo Freedom, and it has revolutionized my entire life! In just a couple of weeks, I have been through over 10,000 photos which are all now organized and in an amazing semblance of order, a feat that until now I thought impossible.
Currently I am making small albums and journals, thanks to Donna Downey's wonderful series of books and still organizing my art room and photos. I'm really scrapbooking for the first time in my life.
My oldest child will be sixteen this year and never gets to see pictures of her as a baby. They've been tucked away in boxes in a closet waiting for that rainy day that never comes... especially these days in Atlanta.
That will all change soon! I'm so excited. And I'm really inspired by all the layouts I've been looking at on this website.
Why am I on the computer? I've got a fabulous art room and lots and lots of photos, paper, embellishments and at the moment, a little time!! See ya!
