I'm 48 and a SAHM with 1 terrific husband of 17 years, 2 wonderful boys - 14 & 8. We are a Christian family that are heavily involved in Cub Scouting and Boy Scouting, sometimes too much! I instruct (play) for our local Ben Franklin Craft store. Our family loves to go camping, especially at the beach on the Washington Coast. With Scouting taking up a lot of our time, we just don't get to camp enough! I've really enjoyed meeting everyone here and seeing such incredible talent! 
I can now add that I am a Paraeducator for our local school district, mainly my youngest DS's school. I only work 2 hours a day with 1 child and just until the end of the school year and that works great for me. Maybe next school year, I'll do more but I'm not sure right now.
On December 14th, I had weight loss surgery, Gastric BY-Pass revision. I have lost 80 lbs. so far and have a lot more to go! Thank you to all who have encouraged me on my weight loss. It helps to have positive comments!
