My name is Sherrise Snyder

My home is in Leesport, Pennsylvania.

I am a 39 year old mother of five. I am a stay at home mom/full time student/small business owner!

I've been scrapping for about five years now, but only for the last two have I gotten really serious and really grown in my abilities. I have such a long way to come, but I am thouroughly enjoying the whole process.

As far as my style.. I don't know how to define it. I love the shabby look, but I think I tend to be more graphic and colorful. That's the way my layouts usually end up.

I have yet to be published, but it is my dream. I did have a layout chosen for the idea gallery at Basic Grey's website, and that was a real honor! 

I did win a few contests, on different scrapbooking sites on the internet. I won for layout of choice in an Anniversary Celebration at Scrappinthebox.  I also won for challenge layout of choice in an online crop at Scrapsahoy.

My scrapping subjects are my children, and I have plenty of them. I also love to scrap pictures of my husband, and heritage photos of my Mother and Father.

I am constantly trying to broaden my style by learning and trying new techniques. I never want to stop growing as an artist.

I also love to alter items, and to create cards for all occasions! What could be more fun that using all my beautiful supplies to create more beautiful things!?

Scrapping is such a creative outlet for me, and I feel truly happy when I am scrappin'!

I wanted to add that I would love the opportunity to represent any company at conventions, do make and takes, etc. I would love to be part of a design team one day as well. I think it would be challenging for me, and so much fun!
