When I decided to try this instead of moving up to the ATG, I thought I'd made a good decision to tide me over until I could justify the expense of the ATG. Boy, was I wrong.
The texture of this adhesive is inconsistent. Bulky in some spots and almost nonexistent in others. When I ran it, I got spotty coverage.
I thought I was doing something wrong so I had two other people try it, with the same results. Running it on the back of a photo or embellishment is hit and miss. Works great for one photo, patchy on the next.
I bought the dispenser and two refills, so I thought it might be a bad refill, but no. All were the same, except the third, which got bound up after two photos and then the tape broke. I could understand this if I was pressing extremely hard on something, but I was running it over grosgrain ribbon.
Until I decide on the right size and order my ATG, I'm using the 3L adhesive runner with much better results.
