Kaisercraft - Kaisercolour - Gel Pens - 48 Pack

I bought 2 of the 48-color sets at one scrapbook convention and at one scrapbook store, and none the pastel colors and none of the neon colors in either set worked. All pens scratched out an inch or two of color, and then, nothing. It was suggested to soak gel ink pens in very warm water for 5-10 minutes to help with the ink flow. I tried that with all four sets, and it did not work on any pastel or neon ink set. Some of the pens in the metallic and glitter sets had this same problem, but soaking them in the very warm water did help with the ink flow. I have several that don’t work.
Try storing them flat or tip side down.

I am sorry but unfortunately they do not mark the names of the colours on the pens , they only mark if the pen is Metallic , Pastel ,
