This planner is perfect for me - family, school, career, and blog information all in one planner. Enough room in the rings for several sections, and enough room on the pages to get everything on there. Good quality in the rings and material inside and out, plus it is much more affordable than many others out there of the same quality. Love that I can also have side tabs and they won't be in the way of the tab closure or curl up.
SPECIAL NOTE: it is wider than a Domino, so the spiral bound covers can be hole punched and used in it without being in the way of the tab close if you need to use them for extra dividers.

If I wanted to make my own pages for this would 1/2 page sheets fit?

Yes. The papers will be slightly different in size. They will fit the binder just fine. You can compensate for the size difference if you have both sizes in the planner and want them to match better.The holes are punched pretty far in so you may be able to punch your holes a little closer to the edge so the the page edges farthest from the rings line up. I have used washi tape extended over the edge of the page on the front and back to get a little extra width to the page. . That also helps reinforce the holes if applied on the side you will punch your holes.
