I was kinda disappointed when I got this. I asked the company specifically if the sizzix would fit. As I dont have many other brands, there reply was yes!
Well they fit BUT you have to only put in the smallest side of the folder & leave the other hanging out. Also I dont feel very safe about the folders being on top, Ive yet to travel with this ... but Im concerned they will fall out.
Ok, so they actually stick so tight in the pockets they are hard to pull out once they are in. Its been 100+ degree in heat, and some of the images have actually melted into the plastic ... and the pages have stuck together. So Ive went from 2 star's going down to 1 -- and I wouldnt recoment spending 20$ for this. Not even 10$
I couldn't believe the strong chemical smell when I opened this up but other then that I like it's use and wish it provided more or at least the option to add onto. Not all brands fit for example the Sizzix doesn't fit but if you put just the bottom half into a slot it'll fit. Of course these aren't made for the big folders or the small borders but it does fit 40 folders which is a pretty good chunk.
This is a great binder as it fits the Darice and Cuttlebug brand folders very well. Perfect sizing. Beware though: the Sizzix and Tim Holtz folders are a bit bigger. They fit but are a tight squeeze.
Oddly, the only embossing folders that fit comfortably in the indiviual slots are the Cuttlebug, there are other brands that you can get into the storage slots but trying to get them out is difficult and you are likely to tear the plastic slots that hold the folders. I say oddly because this is made by Darice and their folders do not fit the storage slots. They do make an organizer for the 5 x 7 embossing folders which I am going to try since I do have a number of 5 x 7 folders
I had already put in a product review, but when I started putting in my dies all the pockets had to be the same size. So now I have to think of what to use it for. I have to organize my dies in something where they will be seen well.
I have a lot of embossing folders, and I have really enjoyed the quality of this organizer. I now have three of these organizers and can even separate out all the Christmas embossing folders into their own organizer. A really great way to be able to see eight folders at a glance as I flip through the pages.
Like others reviewing this product, I was disappointed when my
Sizzix embossing folders refused to go into all the slots. There were a few that were a little larger, and they would fit those, but most of my Sizzix folders are still in the basket I used to begin with. Cuttlebug, Lifestyle Crafts, and another off-brand fit, and I was able to fill it up, but it is also tight when trying to close it. I hope it doesn't cause the folders to warp.

Can I use this organizer for Cuttlebug A2 and 5x7" embossing folders? How many will fit here? Thanks.

I have the organizer and it holds 40 embossing folders. I have folders from Cuttlebug and they fit great as they are 4 1/4 inches wide. I also have Sizzex, Tim Holz Holz and StampinUp folders and they have a little extra edge on each side so they are 4 1/2 inches. Not all of the slots in the organizer will accommodate that width.
