    Perfect texture!

I have used a few different texture mediums, but I wasn't impressed until I tried this texture paste. It is perfect! It's not too thick, and it's not too runny. It is just beautiful. For my first trial, I just grabbed a periwinkle piece of scrap paper, Tim Holtz's gothic stencil, used it with the knife they recommend, scraping off all the excess and putting it back into the container, then washed it off right away as they warn. I was blown away. It didn't take long at all to dry, and you could feel the texture on top. Made a scrap piece of paper too pretty to toss. Thank you Tim Holtz for making the perfect paste! (I also love that after dry, you can ink it, etc.).

    Love it

Use it so much, keeping having to buy more. Need to sell bigger container. Takes inks, paints, gelatos just great.

    Easy to use

I'm new to using texture paste and this is the first one I purchased based on it's reviews.
It is really easy to use, spreads smoothly, and dries nicely into a raised and textured surface.

    Like Cake Icing

Just for a moment, I felt like I was frosting a cake! Mixed with color, I was able to craft out a leaf. Very nice once dried. Easy to craft and shape and mistakes can be 'erased' with a wet brush. Will buy again!

    Texture paste

I had never used any kind of mixed media product until I bought this texture paste. I used it with a snowfall stencil. It was very smooth and easy to use. The jar was bigger than I thought it would be. A tip for anyone using this product is that you need to clean off your stencil RIGHT AWAY after use. I waited about a minute and it was tough to clean off. Overall I really like this product and cant wait to find more projects to use it on. Should be lots of fun. 😊

    Perfect

This is just the type of texture I was wanting. Put it on thin or thick. I've used it on my handmade flowers to add a little texture to the petals. Will be great for wintery snowscapes!!

Looked like whip topping! Great texture, goes on beautifully and doesn’t run like some I have tried. This is my favorite texture paste! Clean up is a breeze…highly recommend!

    Ranger ink texture paste

One of my favorites for stencils and mixed media. With some pastes when you use sprays yu use some of the color in the paste but not with texture paste.

    Texture paste

This is my favorite one!! Easy to spread and absorbs the color I add to it. It adds the perfect amount of dimension to my projects.

Questions & Answers
  • Is there a tutorial using the texture past with a stencil, or anything else.   By: joynoel3208 (31-Jul-15) Helpful Question?  Yes  |  No Thank you! Report Inappropriate This question has been reported. Thank you!
    • Make sure you rinse off all tools and stencils BEFORE the texture paste dries, or you risk permanently damaging/ruining them. Although this gets a tiny bit aggravating when you're in the "creative zone", texture paste is WELL worth it. It adds so much dimension that I still can't help running my fingers across pieces that I've had for awhile. What I love best is you can leave it white, or you can add inks, paints, etc. to color it, and you can make it thick in some places and thin in others, thereby adding even more dimension. And people who look at my pieces with this on it always say the same thing "OH WOW! HOW DID YOU DO THIS?!?" Thank you Texture Paste, for making me look WAY more talented than I am! 8=) By: DebbieluvsGod (26-Nov-17) Helpful Answer?  Yes  |  No Thank you! Report Inappropriate This Answer has been reported. • i went to a course where they showed you how to use the modelling paste with a stencil. Basically, you use a craft or putty knife (i use a kitchen knife - - one that's not too sharp) and working from top to bottom put a thin layer of modelling paste over the stencil. When the stencil area is covered i slowly lift up the stencil and let dry By: beck_bear (01-Aug-15) Helpful Answer?  Yes  |  No Thank you! Report Inappropriate This Answer has been reported. • It can be reconstituted with water, unless it’s become completely dry or hard. Add a few drops of water at a time and mix and avoid making it too watery. By: Ranger Ink (08-May-20) Helpful Answer?  Yes  |  No Thank you! Report Inappropriate This Answer has been reported. Thank you!
