      Yes, the sprayer comes with the colour. They are permanent once dry but you can spray lightly with water when the colour is still wet to give more movement and it will dry permanent. The sprayer is very reliable - I have not had one that has clogged yet. Another hint, when your colour seems to be getting very low, add water and you can get more sprays out of it.     How are the Color Bloom 2 sprays different than the Color Bloom spray mists? It says you mix with water and with my Color Bloom bottles, I don't have to do that.       The Color Bloom 2 sprays were created for easier shipping and less leakage. Just fill with water to the bottom of the cap portion, swirl and use.
