    Foil image not foil paper

    I thought I was getting foil paper, not a foil "image" on regular paper. Didn't realize this when I read the description. I don't care for it myself because I was looking for something shiny and this is not. I will save it for another project.

    Is this rumpally like it looks or is it smooth...I am also looking for Foil Cd stock I ordered teal and Baby Blue...but not bright enough. what do you recommend?
