Ranger reinker

Haven't used them yet. I ordered 6 and these do NOT come with shrink wrap around the lid. At least 2 leaked all over big mess. Ranger please fix this (Distress ones come shrink wrapped). Scrapbook.com was wonderful. The woman I spoke to on the phone apologized for this happening and the inconvenience and had the new ones shipped ASAP. Arrived in days. Great customer service from her.
