Cut what you see. It's that easy and efficient with Framelits from Sizzix. These wafer-thin chemical-etched die sets feature the perfect registration without interference from any ridges at the edge of the die opening. Plus, they're excellent for clearly cropping photos and cutting windows in cards, bags, boxes and scrapbook pages. Designed to cut a single sheet of cardstock, paper, metallic foil or vellum, these dies also make great stencils and are perfect for layering to produce a 3-D effect.
This Framelits Die Set showcases the vibrant style of artist Stephanie Barnard. The Framelits Dies in this set are compatible with the BIGkick, Big Shot and Vagabond machines (used with a pair of Cutting Pads and the machine's included Platform when using the Essentials Platform or Solo Platform and Shim, the Extended Adapter or Solo Adapter is required). All items sold separately. This set includes a handy storage envelope. For easy identification, trim off the packaging front flap, keep and slip into the envelope. Each package includes 19 dies that measure approximately 1/2" x 1" to 3" x 5 1/2".
I like the card and all the die pieces that come with the set. Only thing missing is a good set of instructions, which would be a lovely thing to include for newbies, such as myself. I like the fact that the cut tabs are a separate piece, so you can make the card both with or without the card holder.
Love this little card! I was initially trying to "make my own" but was confused about the folds etc. But this little gem totally made making flip-it cards easy as pie! I've made bunches of them and they are so easy with the help of this die set!
I took Stephanie Bernard's class offered free here at sb.c and saw how easy it is to use this set. She gave tips and tricks that were very useful. My first card was very easy to make. I opted for the no-gift card option, but am looking forward to using the gift card template on future cards.
