Materials:
Cone shaped coffee filters (less than $2.00 for 100 of them at Walmart) Scrap paper and card stock...And lastely your imagination!
Hole Punch
Ribbon/fibers

Punch three holes on the small end of the filters...you can then use ribbon or fibers to tie the finished album together. I slide tags with journaling in between the open pockets of the filters. It is so much fun.
