There are many things in this world that make us depressed. Why should we walk towards it? Or why shouldn't we even try to walk away from it? Medicines don't help, it's the balance in life. It's hard to walk away from it. The answer is clearly at stake. Do the things you love. Go out with your pals, scrapbook, play with your dog or cat, hike, paint etc. The Answer is at stake. Depression hurts, it always will. Unless you take a stand. Depression will not control us.
