I Have used Polymer Clay to make some of my embellishments, once sealed should not harm any paper, there are many molds out there if you want a certain look, and you can use some candy molds, you just have to slice them into thinner pieces when you take them out of the mold. Also you can paint them in any way or color to coordinate with a page, there is also a liquid sculpy that bakes into a clear (or you can add a touch of color to it) sheet, you can use it to look like puddles, or blobs, or even add a little white to make it cloudy and use like vellum, you can also bake things like glitter or confetti into it! I didnt see a listing anywhere in here for this product, but its called Sculpy Polymer Clay, it stays soft until baked in a home oven at appx. 265 degrees for 15 min per 1/4 inch of thickness. It also comes in a wide range of colors, even mettalics, you can make your own brads out of them if you add some wire into the back before baking, I hope you all can enjoy trying some of these methods for making some nifty things!!
