Take a sponge and put several different colors of ink randomly on white paper. Keep it light and well blended, no lines. When you're happy with it, spray a stamp with your stamp cleaner just once and from a good 12" or so away, so it doesn't glob up. Then stamp the image on your inked paper. It may not look like much to begin with but as it dries the image will be white and have an embossed look to it. This is a neat technique to repeat over and over to create a unique background. just make sure you spray the stamp after every stamp or at least after every other stamping or it won't pick up the ink off the paper.
