"Stamped Napkin Rings"
Submitted by: CroppinCarmen
It's that time of year to bring out the good dinner sets and decorate the table holiday style! Make a great fall napkin ring with your rubber stamps and some paper clay.

Find a large sized fall leaf, pumpkin or holiday themed stamp.
Roll out paper clay to about 1/4" thick.
"Stamp" your image onto the clay (you could use versamark or an embossing ink to make sure the stamp releases cleanly).
With a craft knife, cut out your image.
Cut an inch wide strip of scrap card stock out for a guide. Make it into a band wide enough to slip over a cloth napkin. Staple it into a circle.
Place your paper clay images onto the cardstock ring. Overlapping and arranging as desired. Set to dry per paper clay packages instructions.

Once dry, use paint, ink, mica powders..anything you want to color and embellish your rings. and ENJOY!

Make different sets to go with different holidays.

Have fun!
