If you have small pictures and want to scrap them onto a 12 x 12 page without them looking "lost", scan the picture. Scanning it will make it much much larger. Save it to your computer. Then you can use a program like Photo shop to make it whatever size you want for the 12x12 page, and print it out on quality photo paper. If the picture is very small, you might have to print it out and scan it more than once to gradually enlarge it enough. Scan at at least 300 resolution.
