Using PreMade Photo Mattes or Frames

When using premade photo mattes or frames, it's easier to tape the photo behind the frame and then adhere the frame onto the background. It is much more difficult if you try to adhere the photo and then the frame. Place the premade frame face down on work surface, center photo face down on frame, and place tape on the sides of the photo matte and adhere the photo. I learned this from reading Scrapbooking for the First Time, by Rebecca Carter.
