Buying an album

I am new in scrapbook and today I went shopping for a new album, well I just found out about the 12x12 POSTBOUND album, they are so much better, the border give you more room and your pages don't get all smashed when the album is full. I bought postbound refill pages to my conventional album in an accident, but I am glad I did because now I know which albums to look for. Maybe you already knew this, but I had no clue and I would be glad to knew it before I bought my first album.
