I was trying so hard to find a way to store my ribbon but every ribbon holder out there is way too much! I finally decided to make a one myself.

I took a small cardboard container that frozen orange juice came in. It's 11" long x 8" wide x 3 1/2" deep. On one side I have small ribbon and on the other side I have large ribbon.

What I did was take 2 pencils and tape them together. I did this for each side. I then took my ribbon spools and slid them onto the pencils and then sat the whole thing in one side of the box. When I could see how much room the ribbon needed to be able to spin easily, I made holes for each end of the pencils to go through the box. I then took a hole punch and made holes for the ribbon ends to hang through on the front of each side. For the smaller ribbon side, I only made 1 hole for each ribbon. For the larger side, I made as many holes in a row as the length of the ribbon.

This system has worked really well for me as I only have a small amount of spools of ribbon (16 smaller ones and 7 larger ones). Once I get more, I'll make more containers. I know any box about this size would work and you can find them at any local grocery store.

I hope maybe I've helped someone! If I've confused anyone, please feel free to send me a PM...
