Making a acrylic mini album from scratch
Submitted by: scrapin'kate
When I come home and told my boyfriend the words he never thought I’d say, but always dreamt I would “Baby, I want to go to the hardware store”, he didn’t believe his ears!! But of course it was for my latest scrapbooking project. I wanted to make acrylic mini albums but it was so expensive I wanted to test my first one out on something a little more cost friendly. So I went and purchased a 3 foot by 3 foot thin acrylic sheet for 10$. I then cut it in even sheets with a heavy duty craft knife. I punched wholes in it using my zutter, but you could also use drill to drill holes and use binder rings. They make great unique mini albums + they are very cost efficient. It’s also great at creating mini inserts for your album, like a small 1”x1” journaling spot
