I have only been cropping for about 18 months. I have a 10 yr. old and a 2 yr. old, both girls. I have tons of photos and when I started scrapping I was overwhelmed with all of the scrapbooking supplies available. I did a couple of pages only to find a perfect paper or embellishment later on. I would then redo the page to use the new stuff. Not very thrifty and extremely frustrating! I now have a PSB filled with 12x12 page protectors . I file my pictures, Patterned Paper , cardstock, ribbon, stickers, etc. in a single page protector to build my different pages. I have it with me all the time--I'm able to shop with my pictures and stuff handy to compare colors, etc. This helps me keep things organized. When I start a page I am more confident that I'll like the finished product and it actually goes together more quickly, with less waste. With YEARS to catch up with on my first daughter's album it has helped me complete pages more quickly.
