Inexpensive Storage Ideas
Submitted by: Raven_Fury
Actually I borrowed this idea and 'embellished' it hehe

I bought a sturdy binder for $7 and bought a couple of 15/$1.00 page protectors (great for the long stickers) from dollar store (there are polypropelene so safe for storing) also bought 5/$1.00 card holders (baseball card holders) that house 9 pockets (wonderful for the minis). I store all my stickers in the these (I take them out of the packages). They are easy to get to and see and can use both sides if you carry/store a lot with you. Of course I store them according to themes. Very similiar to the home parties and store containers but at less than 1/2 the price!

Also, I bought a lock container from dollar store and put my small pieces inside the see thru film canisters - this way I can see whats inside and store them together in a locked box (perfect for small items such as plastic 3D embellishments , photo corners, multiple die cuts of the same)

Dollar stores also carry divided see thru storage containers perfect to store my 3D embellishments , tags, plates, pebbles, ringz, mini frames, etc. Whats nice about these storage containers is that you can take out the dividers for some longer items such as my secretary fingers to help me go thru papers without licking my fingers, and cuticle pushers (perfect for using to put stickers on or off), q-tips, cottonballs and eyemakeup brushes for my chalks.

Also, I have a fabric pen holder simply made (just like you fabric travel cases for jewelry, etc) except you just stitch an elastic down with enough room in it to store your pens and markers without the big ticket $ cost and roll them into each other. This travel case is cushioned with stuffing for extra protection in case of damage. Also, just leave a 1/2 inch flap that you can fold in to cover the ends of the pens/markers form sliding out before you roll it.

I much prefer to spend my $$ on product than storage so I use my old Princess House (past consultant) roll away suitcases to store everything in to take to my crop nights at the local hall. These unzip and have tiny lock to keep toddlers out of. You can buy similiar ones at Zellers/WalMart (or a rolling hockey bag for about $20 in Canada)

I also have a binder that I put the page layouts that I download (from the creator that allow you) and just 3 hole punch them and store them according to themes with the page dividers (dollar store). This way I never run out of ideas for pages, am able to share the ideas with friends, and only print my favorites (when page completed I pass the sheet along to others in my crop night)

Hope these ideas help - let me know
